A disappointing and poorly managed resort.
The resort itself is beautiful to look at, but the staff’s attitude toward guests is absolutely terrible.
The energy of the staff makes you feel as if they are being forced to be there. They are unhelpful, unresponsive to guests’ requests, and show very little respect toward customers.
We had an extremely bad experience. We originally booked to stay for 7 nights, but we could barely make it through 48 hours. Thankfully, we contacted the police and managed to get our money back, because the behavior of the manager there was completely unacceptable.
As far as I know, the role of a resort manager is to solve problems, handle complaints, and make sure guests are treated properly — not to behave in an aggressive, disrespectful, or completely unacceptable way toward customers, especially when dealing with a female guest.
A beautiful resort means nothing if the people running it do not know how to treat their guests with basic respect and professionalism.

The hotel manager tried to beat us up.
On August 25th, I wanted to get milk for my child from the bar on the beach, but the bartender yelled at me and told me to ask the waiter. I asked the waiter, but the milk still didn't come. On August 26th, I asked for pineapple for my child at breakfast and waited for 20 minutes, but it didn't come. I mistakenly asked for pineapple in my own language, Turkish, and they thought I was swearing. The hotel manager came and tried to beat me up and kicked me out of the hotel. I paid 6000 euros for 7 days, and on the second day they kicked me out without giving me my money back. I have traveled to 15 countries around the world and have never felt so bad in a hotel. If you want to feel bad and humiliated, this hotel is the best in the world for it.
