Ammoa Luxury Hotel and Spa Resort

Beautiful location very high-quality fixes and fittings rooms are very high standard the staff are wonderful. The on-site Fish restaurant is incredible. I’m really sorryto have one negative observation which is that the buffet is very crowded and no live stations. The Gym has got very a little equipment overall though a wonderful hotel wonderful staff.

We are currently in the final days of our 10-night stay at Ammoa Resort, and overall, the experience has been truly outstanding—especially as a family travelling with our 1-year-old son. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this is a very well-designed, family-friendly resort. The layout is spacious and easy to navigate with a stroller, with plenty of room for relaxing walks, quiet moments, or simply enjoying the surroundings. There are multiple areas to unwind, including a charming small harbour that adds a special touch to the atmosphere. What impressed us the most was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely caring—especially towards children. Their warm, playful attitude with our little one made a huge difference and made us feel very comfortable throughout the stay. Coming from a customer service background, I know how challenging it is to consistently deliver high-quality experiences—and the team here truly excels at it. You can feel a strong focus on guest satisfaction in every interaction. The kids club deserves a special mention. It’s large, well-equipped with plenty of toys, and has a dedicated caregiver available daily. Even with a 1-year-old, this added real value to our experience and shows how well the resort caters to families. The beach area is excellent—clean, well organised, with very few rocks and easy access to the sea. There are plenty of sunbeds available in different zones, including beautiful shaded spots under mature olive trees, so it never feels crowded. The pools are also very well maintained, with a large main pool and a dedicated children’s pool, which is perfect for families with young kids. Regarding the food, we had breakfast and dinner included, and we were very happy with the choice. The variety is good, with a nice balance between daily staples and rotating dishes. While some items repeat, a significant part of the menu changes regularly, so we were able to enjoy different options throughout our stay. Everything we tried was tasty and well prepared. Overall, this has been a fantastic holiday for our family—relaxing, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. Experiences like this don’t happen by chance—they are the result of a team that clearly understands what great service looks like and delivers it consistently. We would definitely consider returning in the future and would highly recommend Ammoa Resort, especially to families with young children.

I was a guest at the hotel again (4th time) , the level of hygiene is well improved , the hotel itself, the food selection is at the same level as before. A big complaint about the reception staff, very uncooperative, irresponsible. Namely, this is my fourth visit and I only book directly on their website, this time I had booked two rooms, one regular and one with a private pool. I asked to give me rooms that would be closer to each other, but my request was rejected without any explanation or in case of unavailability, they did not even try to offer me an option for the next day. Also, the last day of my stay, I went to ask for one of the rooms to get the option to stay an extra hour, to which I did not receive any response back and at the same time I received information that somehow someone made a reservation for a transfer for my room, while not paying any attention to the fact that upon entering the hotel I was asked if I had come by private vehicle and the license plate was also recorded. In short, it is about employees who lose motivation to work over time, continuous training should be carried out in order to provide quality service to guests, after all, it is a five-star hotel and the level should be maintained. My high rating for the hotel and the other employees, hygiene, food security remains. Honestly, after this, I will think about whether I will trust this brand again, despite having a much better experience with other five-star hotels in the same region of Greece.
