This hotel and bungalow complex located in Stalis (Crete) offers its guests a unique brand of warmth, hospitality and friendship. The place has 127 double and family rooms in different buildings and it lies only 200 metres away from a beautiful sandy beach and is very convenient for the entertainment and shopping centre in the village itself. There are several swimming pools (also 2 for children) in the grounds and other on-site amenities include a gymnasium and a hot tub. Guests can enjoy themselves playing billiards and table tennis. Other organised activities include bingo and quizzes. The main restaurant offers Greek and international cuisine, and can organise lunch baskets on request, and 3 bars serve coffee, cocktails, etc., the main bar until late. All rooms and bungalows have individually-controlled air-conditioning/heating and a furnished balcony or terrace, etc.
Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages and body treatments. You're sure to appreciate the recreational amenities, which include 3 outdoor swimming pools, a sauna and a fitness centre. Additional features at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and an arcade/games room.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Stayed here for a week with family nice clean hotel with a choice of pools a quiet 18+ which had comfy sunbeds and a family pools where we found the sunbeds quite uncomfortable. Sunbeds were available all day no need to reserve early in the morning
The cleaning staff were second to none our room was cleaned daily. We had a family room overlooking family pool which was a great size needs a bit more storage space especially if fully occupied. Outside space was kept immaculate every day.
Food was repetitive daily although there was something to eat for us my son is a very fussy eater and some nights nothing available for him so had to eat out. the snack bar was cold and not much choice.
Drinks were self service at pool bar soft drinks and hot drinks were available and at the bar at night spirits and beer also cocktails available. Entertainment was a bit hit and miss and not on some nights.
Hotel itself was close to beach and local restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend the beach.
Would recommend this hotel if you are after a quiet chilled holiday
Lovely clean hotel, very friendly staff and a nice room above reception with sea view. We enjoyed the food, good varied choices but would have liked a bit more of a greek selection to be offered. Really enjoyed a couples massage at Senra within the hotel, worth every penny for a relaxing hour for a treat. Also Voula at the adults pool bar is very hardworking and welcoming, a credit to the hotel. If you are looking for nightly entertainment in the hotel it may not be the place for you. (Very quiet at night) The hotel is ideally situated for the beach, literally few minutes walk which makes it easy to pop back to use the all inclusive facilities for meals/snacks. I'm sure we will return to this hotel again and we'll definitely be booking another couples massage whilst there.
Lovely situated hotel, just a short walk to beach ,bars and restaurants. Friendly staff,nice food ,but definitely needs a few tweaks, NOTE .. no pool towels provided, no complementary water in rooms , ALL-INCLUSIVE... pool bars only provide very basic drinks, family pool only beer,white wine and soft drinks. Adult only pool white wine, beer, soft drinks and very limited spirits, don't expect a nice cocktail round pool areas. Evening bar which opens at 6 had more choice. If you want a nice fruit juice you will have to pay extra 3 euros for freshly squeezed orange juice. We went out most nights as no real entertainment very quite most of the time . Room was only cleaned a couple of times during our 10 night stay ,did make up the bed every day but that was about it ,clean towels and sheets only twice ,floor never got swept. Overall very basic all inclusive ,food good lots of variety, drinks poor,area brilliant, we still had a great stay just be prepared for what you get . Amazing staff though and lovely spa area even though was a bit expensive they give great massages.
Great location. Little evening entertainment but you can walk down towards the beach, where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. The rooms are nice and clean. The mosquito are a nightmare. The staff make this hotel. They are all very lovely, they can’t do enough for you.
This hotel is ideally located just a few minutes walk from the beach, shops and restaurants and has a beautiful background of the mountains. The facilities are clean and the whole staff team are friendly and very welcoming. We stayed in a room with the whirlpool tub on the decking, wonderful addition to wind down on an evening. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel to families, couples and solos.
