There are several swimming pools (also 2 for children) in the grounds and other on-site amenities include a gymnasium and a hot tub. Guests can enjoy themselves playing billiards and table tennis. Other organised activities include bingo and quizzes. The main restaurant offers Greek and international cuisine, and can organise lunch baskets on request, and 3 bars serve coffee, cocktails, etc., the main bar until late. All rooms and bungalows have individually-controlled air-conditioning/heating and a furnished balcony or terrace, etc.

Great spa experience
Had a lovely experience at Senra Spa at Katrin Hotel. Myself and my friend had an amazing masssge - Marilena and Marianna were so welcoming and friendly and we came out feeling relaxed.
not worth the money paid
Starting off, the kitchen staff were absolutely amazing everyone always saying hello and smiling, the manager is the most attentive caring manager ive met, the food was repetitive but some were changed, all food was quite tasty and vast options. the reception staff were also lovely!! Our room was cleaned everyday all sheets folded back up nicely, there were some parts of the room that could have had a little upgrade, also quite small for the size of family we had, no actual living room or kitchen items, and very small balconies. The pool itself is clean, the sun loungers could be so much better they are very uncomfortable and outdated, the tables next to them are also quite dirty and could use a clean, the kids pool is lovely cold but the slides make up for it, the pool toilets are FOUL multiple times we gave walked in on faeces all over the toilets and paper everywhere, do not use. the kids club is very run down, floor is all broken and the toys are too, its also never actually open, and entertainment is pretty much non existent, when there is entertainment its very nice and they get all the kids involved but rarely seen. cant get the cocktails from the bar near the kids pool so have to walk all the way up to the adults pool. the cocktails are sickly sweet and very syrupy. not like any all inclusive drink ive tried before, the adults pool also has no atmosphere hardly ever any adults up there because it feels miserable no music or anything up there. the hotel’s location is lovely, although right next to a dangerous main road once you gave gone under the underpass you reach the strip and the beach, so many lovely views and shops/restaurants we spent most of the 10 nights there as there was nothing going on at the hotel. overall pretty disappointed and was expecting much better based off the other reviews, could be many upgrades, enjoyed specific parts of our stay but in the end wont be coming back
Beautiful hotel in Stalis!
Everything was amazing. Natasa is always friendly and helpful and Stefan has been so helpful too. Beautiful hotel. Close to shops and beach. The staff make you feel so welcome and the food is great. Rooms are beautiful. You must stay here!!
