The picturesque natural harbour of Sissi, is less than 100 meters from the hotel. The tourist resorts of Hersonissos and Malia with their archaeological sites are to the west of the hotel, while to the east guests will find another popular resort, Agios Nikolaos. The establishment consists of 9 traditional buildings scattered across beautifully manicured gardens. In this wonderful setting of green lawns accented by picturesque arrangements of shrubbery, guests can enjoy all the beauties of nature. Wonderful , well looked after Hotel , rooms are clean and comfortable , great Breakfast , large selection . Staff are friendly and welcoming . Would highly recommend
Wouldn't recommend for a few reasons:
Expensive to buy lunch and drinks here, even with half board.
Shower was leaking out the side of the bath screen, causing the floor to leak everytime one of us had a shower.
We were told we were upgraded to a sea view room, which was appreciated, however the room itself was very small, coupled with the shower issues this was not a great experience, especially with us having 3 power cuts in 5 days (crete issue)
Half board is not worth doing here - Breakfast and Dinner is available but there is not a great deal of options , you then will have to pay for your drinks when eating at breakfast and dinner, and lunch itself is £30 for 2 pizzas for an example
although it says "150m from beach" it's actually rocks - Good views of the sunset though and location is good for the harbour and only 12 mins from malia
Staff were nice , just very expensive if you're buying at the hotel. There is a supermarket 50m away which is good.
Late checkout is good because you can keep the room all day until your departure time but it cost €70 (sometimes 90 for a bigger room)
it just seems like we spent a lot of money even though we've already paid an amount for half board

Great experience, gorgeous hotel, I had an Aroma massage with Vicki and it was so relaxing, all of the spa staff were so friendly and kind and they had a special offer on massages - perfect way to spend my holiday.
Had a massage with Vicky and she was lovely.. she asked my preference with intensity and oils used..checked I was ok through out the massage. Massage was how I asked and very thourough. Would recommend this little treat mid holiday.
