What a lovely hotel. Good choice of breakfast options. Perfect location with the promenade and beach literally down the road. Great location for some lovely restaurants. Bus stop across the road from hotel to go to old town and further. Staff very helpful apart from some bar staff who don’t really communicate with the holiday makers and also charge €1 per glass of ice! Great entertainment team that help Timothy. All in all a beaut of a hotel! Hopefully will return x
We warmly recommend this hotel. In many ways it is like any other modern 4-star resort hotel on the Med, but what makes it different are the staff, and in particular the receptionists and the housekeeping team. A shoutout to Maria who serviced our room beautifully, and to Argie, Maria and Eirina on the reception team. If you ask them to help you the answer is always "yes", it seemed to us. The breakfast buffet is excellent - do ask the chef to do you an omelette - and if on half board terms the dinner buffet is more than adequate. Our room was 705, which had a shaded balcony, very welcome in 30 degree heat, and was also close to the small but cooling infinity pool looking out over the main pool area. It is very child-friendly, with a kids club, and pool for the little ones (our 3 year old granddaughter loved it). If you have a car, there is an underground garage where it can be parked for 7 euros a day, which we thought very good value. An excellent base for a holiday for all ages.
We came for a last minute holiday and Crete was recommended. We arrived late at night and the staff were really friendly and helped us with our bags to the room. The room was clean and bright, however the balcony door wouldn't lock so I had to go back to reception, they tried to fix it but didn't have the tools available, we also had to mention the broken toilet seat. We were given another room but we're unable to unpack. The next day we were called and told the room was ready so we could unpack and start our holiday. The staff are very friendly and helpful apart from the fair haired barman who unless you stand in front of him doesn't make the effort to serve you as he is too busy watching basketball on his phone. The pool area was clean and we had no issues with sunbeds or getting a table at breakfast, the food was always topped up and staff on hand to help with anything you needed extra. Minos is a stones throw from the beach and a perfect area for all the shops and restaurants. I would recommend Minos to anyone thinking of staying in Rethymon
My wife and I have had a great time at this hotel, its a really good location with the beach and promenade only a short walk away.
The food has been good too, with lots of fresh salads and fruits to go along with the meat and fish, im particular, a special BBQ night was held out by the pool which was a real treat and we left absolutely stuffed!
The Hotel was clean and the staff friendly - we would certainly come back!

We stayed at this hotel for the 7th time. Every time its a gift for us to stay at this hotel. What a nice and friendly staff. Thank you for everything.
