From the marbled foyer to the luxurious bedrooms, every detail in this hotel echoes style, quality and prestige. There is a hotel safe, lift access, a café, pub and restaurant, a shop, a hairdressing salon, Internet access and a play area, everything needed to a wonderful holiday. The rooms have balconies or terraces with sea views and most of them have an open plan lounge area with a sofa bed that can be converted into a child's bed. All feature en-suite bathrooms and appliances to increase experience.

Simply The Best
This was our 2nd visit to this hotel, from the moment we arrived our luggage was taken to our room and a lovely lady i did not get her name was also there to meet us, where we were taken into the hotel for welcome drinks and shown to our room. Everyone is so friendly and welcome, i would like to say how we would often speak to Dmitra in the Lobby bar such a lovely young lady, as were all the other staff. The food is very good in the buffet restaurant also good variety of drinks. The swimming pools are lovely and so is the beach. We would often go into Old town and only 10 euros in a taxi, highly recommend going on the sight seeing bus 90 minutes for all round trip and the train ride. Will definitely be back.

Exceptional Resort
Our stay at Grecotel Creta Palace was exceptional from beginning to end. This is one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at, and every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome. The level of hospitality, professionalism, and kindness was outstanding.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their exceptional service. We were especially grateful to the restaurant staff for their kindness and attention to our daughter, and to the wonderful teachers at the Grecoland Kids Club, who were caring, patient, and amazing with her, making her feel happy, safe, and excited every day.
The resort is beautiful, the facilities are immaculate, and the food is exceptional, with excellent quality and variety.
What truly won my heart were the unique details that make this resort so special: the beautiful little chapel, the charming shop offering high-quality monastic products, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere there. I also loved the traditional café and the picturesque little square, which made the resort feel like an authentic Greek village. These thoughtful touches gave the resort a unique character and made our stay even more memorable.
Thank you to every single member of the staff for creating such a wonderful holiday experience. We wholeheartedly recommend Grecotel Creta Palace and will certainly be visiting more Grecotel resorts in the future. We cannot wait to return!
Highly recommended Hotel
We’re staying at the Creta Palace for two weeks and are really enjoying ourselves here. The hotel is beautiful, with a wide variety of restaurants, pools, and a large beach. You hardly notice that the hotel is fully booked, there are plenty of lounge chairs, and the guests are spread out throughout the resort and along the large stretch of beach. The entire staff is extremely attentive and friendly. A big compliment to Georgios Mavrangelidis, the Assistant F&B Manager, who takes care of his guests in a very personal and equally attentive manner! We really enjoy our stay at this hotel.
Fantastic holidays 2026
An amazing five star property by the beach that includes everything that a family with kids needs. Spacious rooms, great food amazing service. The renovation is a top notch and the highlight definitely is the waterpark. I would like to thank the kids club team for the professionalism and the super friendly approach. My kids took part to the marathon and they were very happy with their award and the whole ceremony. Definitely, we will come back next year as my family loves this property.
