Beautiful friendly hotel
We had a fantastic stay at your hotel. Lovely clean room with pool view although balcony was very narrow. Breakfast and supper buffet was great with lots of variety. Thanks to all the staff who were always welcoming, especially Petros. Our first visit to Crete so thank you! ☀️

Excellent Atrium Ambience Hotel, Rethymno, July 2026
Excellent service from all staff. Had a fabulous two weeks holiday. Food was amazing, the Chef served a wide variety of food every night. Spoil yourself and book the Fuego à la carte restaurant for a night or two. Fabulous gourmet experience. Restaurant Supervisor MARIENNA is so professional, an excellent Ambassodor for the Hotel. Waiting staff were excellent especially Aleni and Petros . Thank you for our wonderful holiday experience.
Ambiance personified at the Atrium hotel
We have just spent 3 weeks at the Atrium hotel in Rethymno .The most outstanding thing for us ,was the staff ,everyone has the best attitude towards their guests Possible. The hotel has 4 stars and well deserved ,we shall return.

A fantastic hiliday
Easy to book with TUI, booking the holiday and arrived safely at the Atrium Ambience Hotel. The staff we vet helpful , especially Evagelia with her warm smile and offered us cold drinks on arrival. The stay at the hotel was fab. It was close to all amenities. The service from the staff was excellent especially Martins who went out of her way to help all other guests as well. This has been one of the best holidays. Thank you TUI and Atrium Ambience Hotslbwith excellent service

Overall Impression: We stayed at Atrium Ambiance for 5 nights (July 17–22), and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is quiet, relaxed, and perfect for couples—a peaceful retreat with very few young children around.
Room & Amenities: Our room was exceptionally clean and quiet, with daily housekeeping doing a thorough job. We were thrilled to receive a room upgrade featuring a private balcony with a Jacuzzi! The bed was very comfortable, there was a spacious closet, and having two espresso capsules replenished daily was a great touch.
Food & Dining: We had both breakfast and dinner included, and both were outstanding. The menu changed daily, offering a great mix of local and international dishes. There was always a huge selection of fresh vegetables, spreads, fresh bread, soups, fruits, ice cream, and cakes. They are also extremely accommodating with food allergies and special requests.
Location & Parking: The location is ideal—it's very close to the Old City, making it easy to explore while remaining peaceful at night. If you're driving, there is plenty of free parking in the area.
Pool & Atmosphere: The hotel pool was immaculate, calm, and never overcrowded—a great place to unwind.
The Staff (The Highlight!): What truly sets this hotel apart is the incredible team. The staff feels like a big, welcoming family who are genuinely happy to help. Whether it was giving local trip recommendations, assisting with travel agency arrangements, or catering to dietary needs, they were always kind, attentive, and professional.
