Simply amazing hotel
We stayed at Minoa for one week when visiting Crete and in advance we had really high hopes for our hotel stay and we were not at all disappointed!
Very friendly staff, amazing breakfast buffet, nice spacious hotel rooms and fantastic pool and beach facilities. Getting a good sunbed was not at all a problem regardless of what time of day you needed to find a bed to lounge by the pool in.
The hotel is stunning, big and full of different facilities such as spa, a mini kiosk, a nice gym, its own beach spot, two different breakfast areas (one area by the sea) and bike cycle rental.
We really loved staying at this hotel and wish to highlight the staff hospitality. Would definitely recommend!
Amazing hotel, great staff
We recently stayed for 10 days with our toddler. Staff was very attentive to all of us especially the kid which is always nice. Had such great experience from start to finish. Breakfast was lovely, housekeeping comes every day to clean the rooms and change towels, they were very polite each time. Pool bar staff and beach staff were spot on too nothing was too much trouble. Fancy hotel where sun bed wars are not a thing and we always found a space either at pool or beach. The indoor spa was very beautiful too, with massage services, had a lovely massage as well. Great, clean, spacious hotel with everything you could possibly need. Would love to return.

An Exceptional Stay at Minoa Palace Resort
We recently stayed at Minoa Palace Resort in Crete, and we had such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Every aspect of our stay was exceptional, and the entire team truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well cared for.
A special mention must go to Penelope, Matina, Efrosini, and the entire reception team. They were absolutely outstanding.. They provided us with wonderful restaurant recommendations, arranged reservations for us, and were always happy to assist with anything we needed. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made such a difference and exceeded our expectations.
We also enjoyed a fabulous five-course wine-tasting dinner with Sommelier George. George was incredibly knowledgeable about Greek wines and made the experience both enjoyable and informative. Every course was delicious, and the wines were equally impressive. It was truly a memorable evening.
We were also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful complimentary touches throughout our stay, including a bottle of wine to enjoy in our room, a continental breakfast, and even a lovely parting gift. These unexpected gestures were greatly appreciated and really demonstrated the level of care and hospitality at the resort.
The beautiful beach attached to the hotel was another highlight. It was the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the gorgeous surroundings of Crete.
Minoa Palace Resort truly delivers top-notch hospitality. From the exceptional staff and beautiful setting to the thoughtful details and outstanding dining experiences, everything was done with genuine care and attention.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our visit so special! ❤️🇬🇷

Best hotel we has tried in Crete
The hotel is clean, the pool areas are excellent, pool bars are very nice, and the beach are high above standard. The biggest asset for this hotel is their staff, from restaurant, wine sommelier who is outstanding, the reception and custom relations. the whole staff is outstanding, friendly and smiling - for us this is very important

The Minoa Palace Hotel is perfect
Our third visit to Minoa Palace. Another wonderful holiday. It started with the very helpful, friendly and professional staff at Reception. Our room, facing the beach was perfect, and had all the facilities we could have wished for. Access to the swimming pools, sea facilities and restaurants was on our doorstep. There is also a concert hall and an annual classical music festival which we have been fortunate to attend on two separate visits.I have reviewed the restaurants separately as they were of such a high standard. The staff at this hotel, are its greatest asset. Friendly, polite and cannot do enough for you. This hotel is perfect and we shall return.
