Wine tasting with the Sommelier George.
We had a fantastic stay at Minoa Palace and couldn't have asked for a better holiday. The facilities were excellent, the service was outstanding, and our room was beautiful, making the entire experience incredibly relaxing from start to finish.
On our final evening, we decided to try the wine tasting experience. It's not something we would normally choose, but it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. George, the sommelier, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging, making the whole experience both enjoyable and easy to follow.
As a couple of 27-year-olds, we had always associated wine tasting with an older crowd, but this completely changed our perspective. The carefully selected food pairings complemented each wine perfectly, and every wine we tried was delicious. It was a fun, memorable evening and the perfect way to end an amazing holiday.
We would highly recommend Minoa Palace to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality, and we especially encourage guests to book the wine tasting with George - you won't regret it!

A beautiful hotel with the most welcoming staff. Rooms are wonderful, restaurants and bars excellent quality and choice. Spotlessly clean. Highly recommend.

Back again, still on top
Back at Minoa Palace again. Food and wine is still good, rooms (and cleaning) are excellent, facilities and pools,beach and gardens perfect. Also nice backroads for hiking or biking. But the real reason we keep coming back is the people working here, not just the service and professionalism but the true hospitality, friendliness and personal touch from staff at all levels. Simply the best, we'll be back.
