What an incredible 15 days we had at Alianthos Estate Resort. From the very first moment until the day we left, everything was simply fantastic. We arrived as guests, but left feeling like family. ❤️
It is one of those rare places where the beautiful surroundings, the amazing facilities and, above all, the genuinely warm people come together to make a holiday truly special.
Our room was absolutely beautiful. Everything felt new, modern and very well thought out. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly wish for. We especially loved the amount of cosy lighting and the many power outlets and charging points, including right next to the bed — such a small detail, but one that makes a big difference. The streaming TV was another nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and having different pillows to choose from made it even better.
And the shower… absolutely amazing! Probably one of the best hotel showers we have ever had. 🚿
The room was cleaned every morning, with fresh towels whenever needed, so everything was always perfectly taken care of.
And then there was breakfast. Every morning felt like a little celebration. There was so much to choose from, everything was fresh and delicious, and we genuinely looked forward to breakfast every single day. We also tried the evening buffet a few times and were pleasantly surprised by how good it was. A great option if you choose to have dinner at the resort, especially considering the very reasonable price.
But what really makes this resort special is the people.
Every single member of staff was genuinely friendly. Not just polite or professional, but truly warm and welcoming. From the reception team and housekeeping to the restaurant staff and the beachboy — everyone made us feel welcome. Whenever there was a question or a small issue, they were immediately there to help and solve it. That genuine hospitality made such a difference to our stay.
The resort itself is beautiful too. The pool area is lovely, with very comfortable sunbeds. The only small downside is that the sunbeds around the pool are placed quite close together. The gym is also surprisingly well equipped, which was a great bonus for us.
The private beach is another lovely feature. The sunbeds there are a little less comfortable than those by the pool, but they are perfectly fine. We especially enjoyed the beach service: ordering through the app was incredibly easy, and our drinks and food were brought to us quickly.
We also loved the evenings with live music. There were several nights with live performances, and it was wonderful to see people spontaneously getting up and dancing and simply enjoying themselves. It created such a relaxed and happy atmosphere.
We honestly enjoyed every minute of our stay. After 15 days, Alianthos Estate Resort really felt like home — which made leaving surprisingly difficult.

We came for a holiday, but left with wonderful memories and a feeling that we had found a place we would happily return to.

Just an amazing stay in this hôtel . A perfect welcome at our arrival. Perfect shower the room and bed are perfect really nice swimming pool . The breakfast is just the most tasty i've ever taken. Can't wait to.come back
My sister and I first stayed at this hotel in 2025 and had a non-renovated room, but we still had an excellent stay thanks to the incredibly helpful, kind and welcoming staff.
We came back in 2026 and this time had a renovated room — what a pleasure! Everything has been so thoughtfully designed, and the room is beautiful, comfortable and very pleasant.
The bed linen was excellent, and the towels, bathrobes and all the amenities were perfect. The staff — at reception, housekeeping and in the restaurant — were once again incredibly friendly, professional and attentive.
Plakias is a wonderful town, with plenty of great restaurants, a lovely jewellery shop and lots of supermarkets. The beach is right in front of the hotel, with a private section available if needed. The beach is usually very quiet and uncrowded, and everything is easily accessible on foot, which makes the location absolutely perfect.
We highly recommend this hotel. It’s a wonderful place to stay, and we will definitely be coming back with great pleasure!

Lovely, cozy and calm hotel in the charming village of Plakias. We loved our stay with our 5 year old, especially the spacious room, high quality breakfast and enjoying a cocktail at the pool bar, prepared by the always friendly staff. A slightly bigger kids pool or a water slide would make it even better for families, but the location makes it great for exploring Plakias and surrounding beaches and mountain villages.
