Had a fabulous week with my daughter and grandson. Hotel was amazing and lovely and clean. Food always delicious. Staff very friendly and always on hand to bring you whatever you needed. Special shout out to the Barman who made me my lovely ‘side car’ cocktails every evening. Can’t recommend this hotel enough and look forward to returning. Thank you for the best week ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
We have just returned from our third visit to this beautiful hotel and it definitely won’t be our last. Our first visit was with our two sons in 2022, then we returned with friends last year for a 50th birthday, this time we came as a couple and I can honestly say no matter what category of traveller you are it will definitely exceed all your expectations. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous and it’s spotlessly clean too. The setting is truly stunning with the most beautiful sunsets. We had a shared pool room and that was absolutely beautiful and definitely no going back now for our future visits!! The food here is also really lovely, there are so many different options of where you can eat and the quality of the food is really good too. On top of all that you have the staff and they really make this place feel like home with their welcoming friendly nature, they are always so very courteous and most importantly ensure their guests are always happy. I would like to recognise some of the staff that really did look after us and showed exemplary customer service. So thank you to Antonis from the main pool, Erini from the Italian, Maria from the main bar together with the bar manager he is excellent, it was very visible he was always working hard especially at busy times. There was one special young lady that really stood out to us with her lovely smile and always so attentive that was Juliana who served us in several of the restaurants she was amazing. There are too many names to mention as everyone was exceptional, the guest services team included as they are always ready to look after your every need. So thank you to Mr Kontorinis and your wonderful team for making our return trip truly memorable and we very much look forward to our next visit.
Our stay at Grecotel LuxMe White was absolutely wonderful! Everything, from start to finish, was fantastic.
The staff were simply amazing – incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The food was delicious, the bartenders were fantastic, and we especially loved the cocktails!
The hotel itself is beautiful, our room was wonderful, and the cleanliness was impeccable throughout. We felt incredibly comfortable and well taken care of. The location is perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the atmosphere was luxurious yet peaceful.
We had a wonderful stay at Grecotel Luxme White in Crete. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the housekeeping and dining area teams, and everything in the hotel was well maintained and spotlessly clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in a spectacular room, and waking up to the sound of the sea every morning was simply delightful. We also appreciated the wide selection of delicious, fresh, and healthy food, and the sports facilities were a great addition to our stay. Grecotel Luxme White exceeded all our expectations. We spent a wonderful week there as a family and were met with warmth and genuine hospitality from start to finish. The resort itself was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail.
We were fortunate to stay in a villa with a direct sea view, and waking up to that panorama each morning was truly spectacular. The dining was equally impressive — the variety and quality of food across the different restaurants was outstanding, and honestly the best we've encountered at any all-inclusive resort. Every meal felt like an occasion rather than routine.
While we can't recall every name, the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. A particular thank-you to Vardis Kontorinis, whose attentiveness ensured both our arrival and departure were seamless and welcoming.
