We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, yet it is conveniently close to the main road. Every room has a beautiful sea view, and the way the hotel has been designed and built is quite unique compared with other hotels.
The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and well maintained. Our room was cleaned early every morning, which was very convenient.
The reception, bar and dining staff were all excellent. Every morning, the dining-area staff welcomed us warmly and spoke to us in a friendly manner. Special thanks to Smaragda, Eyeliner and Alexandra for their kindness and hospitality. Everyone was very friendly, pleasant and welcoming. They were also knowledgeable, helpful and always happy to assist.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I would suggest booking the half-board option. There isn’t much nearby for breakfast or dinner, so having meals at the hotel is very convenient.
I would also recommend hiring a car, as it makes travelling from the airport and exploring the different towns and beautiful beaches much easier.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily return In 2027.

The treatments, service, and attention to detail rival some of the best luxury spas we have experienced anywhere in the world. What truly sets The Royal Senses apart, however, is its exceptional staff. Their genuine hospitality made us feel valued throughout our stay. I have in my 75 year’s traveled the world and stayed in some of the smartest hotels however as a Hilton Silver member I booked this hotel on chance in order to connect with another commitment and from an early arrival I have never been treated better, it takes team effort to achieve this level of excellence- I know I built a company with over 200 staff so you recruitment process is first class your staff a a credit to you your front of house manager is the very best , your accommodation and food offering is of the very highest standard and the room I received with a shared pool with a sea view- outstanding Thank you and I will be back - a wonderful stay

Our stay at the Royal Senses Crete was simply fantastic. We spent a wonderful week there and felt completely at home from the very first moment.
We were particularly impressed by our room with its magnificent sea view – waking up to this view every morning and enjoying the sunset was truly something very special. The entire resort is very stylishly designed, well-maintained and offers a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere.
We were also impressed by the food as part of the half-board package: the selection was varied, fresh and absolutely delicious. The friendly and attentive staff made our stay even more enjoyable. We’d particularly like to mention Smaragda and Vaios – they made our holiday unforgettable. Thank you so, so much! We can also wholeheartedly recommend the spa. We’d booked two massages there. As well as the treatments, you can also use the sauna, steam room and thalasso pool with massage jets.
