This wonderful resort boasts a stunning setting in Panormos, lying just a short distance away from the beach and in the ideal location from which to explore the surroundings. Guests are afforded a wealth of exemplary facilities, which attend to their dining, leisure and entertainment needs.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
The best place for the families Second time here and will be back
We visited this beautiful hotel with our family including our 2 grandsons aged 10 and 9. We stayed in room 1565 up near the waterpark and they stayed in a nearby family room.
The photos on various websites do not do it justice! Everything is high end, clean and nothing is too much trouble for the staff.
The food is very good with lots of choice at every meal. The restaurant staff are fabulous..especially Nadia!
The pools are beautifully clean with lots of comfy sunbeds. The beach was busy but we always managed to get sunbeds. We swam in the calm clear sea every day and saw lots of different fish when we snorkelled.
The waterpark is excellent- catering for all ages. The snack bar is very convenient too as the other restaurants are a little walk from it.
We ate at the Greek restaurant as our Al la carte choice one evening and it was wonderful!
Our room was fabulous with a big balcony with a side sea view. There was traffic noise as our room was closest to the road but the double glazed patio doors did a good job! The only tiny negative was the lack of a mirror in the bedroom.
Overall, this was a wonderful holiday at a beautiful hotel. I'd highly recommend it for families with younger children.
It's a long transfer from Heraklion airport too so bear that in mind.
Excellent location, friendly personal, very tasty food and variety of it is perfect. We had everything we wanted!
The hotel is excellent! The rooms are clean and well maintained, the food is delicious, and we really enjoyed the entertainment. The service is also fantastic.
