This wonderful resort boasts a stunning setting in Panormos, lying just a short distance away from the beach and in the ideal location from which to explore the surroundings. Bathed in the rich culture and charm of the surroundings, the resort lies just a short distance away from Rethymnon. Resembling a typical Cretan Village, this delightful complex enjoys a stunning design. Tempting guests into a veritable lap of luxury, the resort exudes elegance and charm. The guest rooms are beautifully designed, offering a peaceful sanctuary in which to escape the rest of the world. Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Fabulous experience and great service Thank you to Leonardo and Renato.
A wonderful stay from start to finish. Food was wonderful and the staff go above and beyond to make everything special. Special mention to Eleni who was especially kind and attentive. Lots of pools and a lovely beach. Highly recommended. The only negative was the water policy, one bottle per room for the whole 10 days. There were 3 of us and we had to reuse the bottle which felt quite dirty. The hotel will say it’s eco but to us it felt like a cost saving measure. Be sure to bring a water bottle.
The big blue Greek restaurant was a great place to book and eat in the evening. So many delicious starters to try and the main meal and puddings were exceptional. Really big portions. The service was fantastic. Our waiter taio was so amazing. Defiantly recommend.
The location was very nice. The resort is located in a small village called Panormo, where there aren’t many other hotels nearby, so it has a peaceful, natural feel. The atmosphere at the hotel was calm and pleasant, created by the hotel’s services, the nice beach, and especially the staff. They were always helpful and cheerful, and made us feel welcome. Our room was modern and cleaned every day. Although the price is higher, the value is definitely worth it, considering everything I mentioned.
Family of 2 adults, 2 yo toddler. Location quite far from the airport, but walkable to the nearby village. Pools and water park are great. Good options really good, and food and snacks are available all day. The staff are wonderful (our son loved Nadia). The negatives: 1. our room wasn’t that nice, and aged. Sewage smell quite frequent throughout our trip. The walls are thin. We had noisy neighbours throughout the whole stay (even til 3am some nights). The beds are very comfortable though, and the rooms are cleaned well. (Room 938). 2. We have a toddler and really did not expect there to be so many stairs and lack of accessibility. Our room could only be accessed via stairs. 3. The water in the Aquapark is way too cold for toddlers. I would make it warmer to match the temperature of the other pools. 4. No entertainment for our son’s age group, although we were aware of this when checking the website.
Overall I do think it’s a nice resort and good value when it comes to amenities and the all inclusive, but the room and lack of accessibility was a bit of a let down.
