Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Cornelia is the best. Great cocktails and a lovely human being. Hotel ist nice and clean. All staff are friendly and give you a feeling like you’re at home. Food is really delicious. I hope we’re coming back again.
The hotel is great for families.l but I would not recommend for people who don't want to be surrounded by children. The pools, beach, aqua park, arcade and entertainment were all really good and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. We had a Marin bay side sea view, the room was ni e and large with great views. We were on the top floor and didnt hear any noise from ajoining rooms. The main resteraunt got very busy, we travelled after the summer holidays so I cant imagine what its like at peak time. Even so, you never had to wait long to get seated. The alcohol is probably the best I have had at an all inclusive as you get genuine drinks and not the usual watered down stuff. The food choice was good and there were plenty of options. Unfortunately 3 out of the 4 of us got a sickness bug, We couldn't put it down to anyone thing we all ate, so I imagine we picked it up from the buffet tongs or arcade area so ensure to wash your hands prior to eating. Overall we really enjoyed outlr time, but the sickness bug dampened things a bit.
The room was not great, tvs didn’t work, hotels garbage collection center was right outside our balcony. We should have had a room with 2 bathrooms but were given a room with just 1 (2 families were in our room). We requested to get the right room and they kept telling us it was upon availablity and that they would let us know (they still haven’t). The staff was wonderful, the kids activities were great. The food was also really good (although waaay too much candy, chocolate and other unhealthy stuff for kids). The internet is not good for those who wish to work a little..
We had a fantastic week break here. Hotel facilities are very family friendly and the food and beverages were excellent. Special thanks to Eleni our table waitress who has been brilliant ❤️
