What a lovely place. First time to crete and was superb. The hotel was clean and tidy. The food just amazing. Right on beach. Hard to get in as rocky. The staff work so hard but are all very helpful. Big shout out to vasilakas who made the best cocktails, so happy,helpful and friendly and really made our holiday special, he works so hard. Hopefully gained a new friend for life. So sad to be back home. Miss it already.x
Stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks food awful very noisy throughout the night as people were leaving drinks disgusting trying to give you beer out of drip trays if your British it's not for you
Everything was perfect :) Marina, Jasmine and Jota are Angels and their hands are wonderful :) Marina’s massage was very relaxing and I am very happy that I could be here and experience this amazing massage and the atmosphere ❤️
Lovely destination if you’re wanting peace and relaxation, you get the best of both here as only a short taxi ride into malia town for just 10 euros, very clean the staff are very hardworking and friendly cannot fault any of the staff, food is amazing so much selection and not repetitive as like some all inclusive hotels, this was our first time in Crete but definitely not the last, I would 100% recommend this hotel. Only thing I would say ( which is small thing) no hair dryer in the room..
I arrived back this morning from Malia Bay after 2 weeks, so let's start with the good, location is right on the beach, the sea is nice when calm but a little rocky, reception team helpful, and polite, now the bad, room is basic and has little storage, I only unpacked one case no where for the other stuff, all inclusive is a joke, no bottled water, no replacement of tea, coffee, milk, you need to buy your own, the hotel charges 10 euro for sunbeds on the beach, entertainment is lack luster, karaoke and a singer, the brochure says mini bar however you get an empty fridge, we booked a superior double and on arrival told we had been upgraded, however we got a superior double, the mind boggles, now for the ugly, if your English don't bother as staff don't speak to you and neither does the manager, food is cold, tasteless and the same day in day out pizza every lunchtime, fish every night, oh and pasta, drinks are of poor quality, no Tui rep on site which seems to be normal now.
