The massage and spa was excellent. I recomand Olena for body and facial massage. She is very kind and profesionist.
The hotel is in a beautiful location. Immaculate rooms and grounds with fantastic and friendly staff. Had an amazing treatment with Anna in the Spa. Overall brilliant experience.
Excellent Hotel, situated in a great location and transfer only 30 minutes away. We were B&B, but our room was upgraded to a Junior Suite which was nice. Sadly the week we visited the weather was awful as they had severe storms so we did not see any sun or able to use any of their lovely pools or private beach along with booking a boat trip so everyone was literally in the same boat, took crib board and Uno which certainly helped for sure. Bar staff just lovely and would definitely book again to come back to this Hotel……
Our 10-day stay started poorly as there was a glitch with the booking system and we were put up in a neighbouring hotel on the first night. After that, things just got better and better. As a recompense, we were upgraded from half board to full board and given a free day room on our last day organised by the lovely Elini. As mentioned in other posts, the weather was awful with heavy rain and lightning storms until the last couple of days, but a hire car and plenty of places to visit solved that. The hotel itself was wonderful; all the public areas and beaches/pools were clean and tidy and well maintained. We had a comfortable, spacious room with courtesy fruit basket and wine, daily bottled water and a sea/pool view, excellent food in the restaurants and, above all, the most friendly and helpful staff you could ever hope for - a shout out to (a different) Elini and Natalia for their hard work and warm greetings in the restaurant. Kalimera! Overall, a great holiday (apart from the weather initially) and we would love to go back again. Maybe next year :-) Tips: We went with Jet-2, everything went smoothly and luggage included. I would advise private transfers; a little more expensive, but quick pick-up at the desk, speedy door to door service and a comfortable taxi ride (Merc E class both ways). Also, we were able to change the collection time on the return journey via Jet-2. Car rental - plenty of car/bike/quad rental companies around. We chose Euromotor as they seemed to have the newest and best condition cars around. Beaches - a lot of the beaches have rocks just below the waterline and a bit of care is needed at times.
Ate in the sushi resteraunt here. Nice al fresco style meal for 3 of us came to over €130 with 1 alcoholic drink so not cheap but nice atmosphere & quite spacious. Polite staff & delicious food.
