Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Personal thank you and appreciation for the Food & Bevarages and kitchen staff, mainly Nikos from F&B and Head Chef Takis! I arrived unfortunately with a strict dietary constraint and they both took great care of me, from an introduction meeting down to every meal item and even snacks. Amazing treatment, amazing people who really made the entire trip memorable and happy. They really provided tailor-made service and I appreciate their effort and accommodation. Also would like to thank Katherine from Guest Relations who kept making sure things were going well and showed great care. Thank you all, amazing staff and I really appreciate it and hopes some manager reads this. The only reasons I gave 4 stars are that we constantly had ants in our room which kept coming back an hour after room service dealt with them, and that during the day there is a lot of shouting outside the rooms by the cleaning staff - challanging when coming with a baby trying to sleep.
I stayed here for a wedding and it was amazing, even though the wether wasn't very good, the animation team made our stay great! Josi, Elodie and Mathilda are nice girls, making especially the evenings very good. I really appreciate their jobs bacause they are doing fantastic. Loved my stay in this hotel :)
Great place! Perfect to spend time as a couple or with family. Good location with Beautiful views, pools, great atmosphere and kind service. Clean and fresh rooms. Food is tasty and whole service in restaurant is so kind. Efi is helpful :)

This is a great all inclusive resort! We stayed here for three nights in September and loved it. The rooms were good, food of good quality and the staff were very helpful at all times. Our children loved the pool, waterslides, the evening entertainment and overall we had a great stay. I highly recommend staying at the Atlantica Ocean Beach resort
