The most AMAZING place!
My hubby and I stayed here in July, and we had such an amazing time that we have booked to come again next year😊 We cannot wait!
The initial welcome and friendly smiles by all staff the moment we got out of the taxi, check in was so easy, and then Katerina from guest relations was totally amazing, made us feel so welcome! She's fantastic!
Our bags were taken to our room and our jaws dropped when we got into the room at how incredible it was! The fridge was filled was drinks and there were some welcome treats in the fridge too! The cleanliness, the resort itself, the food (most incredible we have eaten in any hotel!) , the facilities, the pool, the suite we stayed in, the friendly faces even down to the staff in the hotel shop, EVERYTHING just exceeded our expectations!
A day and a half before our holiday was due to end, I unfortunately had an accident on the beach and suffered an open fracture to my arm on the pebbles when a small wave knocked me forwards as I was getting out by the shore. I cannot tell you how well I was looked after, i felt like I was family to the staff, they could not do enough for me and they also helped look after my hubby who was of course worried! I was treated by the life guards who were first aiders by the pool, and then the hotel helped to book us a taxi to the medical centre 10 mins away so I could have stitches and an xray. (They were alao excellent!) Mariangela from guest relations and the senior lifeguard were so caring and helped to reassure me, they got me drinks and cared for me so much so that I didn't even become distressed after it happened. This helped massively, especially having a shock like this away from home.
All we can say about this hotel is ...WOW. We simply cannot wait to return next summer. We miss is so much already! THANK YOU EVERYONE AT ATLANTICA! Amazing place! Xxx😊

We were very satisfied with all the services provided at the hotel, from the varied menu and quality of food to the friendliness of the staff. We really liked the possibility of using the offer of soft drinks, beer and water independently, and we did not have to wait in line to order. For example, Mrs. Irene in the lobby bar was very friendly and openmind... :-) We really also liked and highly rate the cleanliness of the pool and the surroundings. We will definitely mention the abundance of sun loungers on the beach, which were always available. We only recommend cleaning of the seaweed washed up on the beach. We were very excited about the offered animation program and especially the personal and friendly approach of the entire animation team - Vaida, Diamond, Yonas, Paulus, Luke, Wili... :-) We regularly participated and got involved in the offered activities every day. We were also satisfied with the massage from the Indian masseuse in the Spa center. We rate the entire stay as excellent. Martin, Andrea, Stepan

I wanted to take a moment to thank you all for making our stay such a memorable one.
From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel facilities were excellent, always clean, well maintained, and a pleasure to enjoy throughout our stay. Every member of staff we encountered was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, creating an atmosphere that made us feel at home from day one.
Our bedroom was of an excellent standard, comfortable, spotless, and beautifully presented. We stayed in room 306 with a sea view, and I would highly recommend booking a sea view room, it made the experience even more special.
The food also deserves a special mention. The buffet offered an impressive variety of dishes at every meal, with something different each time. Everything was fresh, plentiful, and exceptionally well organised. No matter when we arrived, there was never any need to wait for empty trays to be refilled, which speaks volumes about the team's attention to detail and efficiency. In addition to the main buffet restaurant, the resort also offers two other dining options: a Greek à la carte restaurant which offers breathtaking views right by the beach and truly amazing food, and an Asian restaurant which serves great, tasty sushi as a sharing option for starters, followed by a fantastic buffet for main courses and desserts.
Finally, I would like to make a very special mention to an exceptional member of your Guest Services team, Mariangela. I work with hotels around the world, including many of The Leading Hotels of the World, so I have the privilege of seeing outstanding hospitality on a regular basis. I can honestly say that Mariangela was nothing less than exceptional. She consistently went the extra mile for every guest and every request. She is a true problem solver, a solution finder, and someone who is genuinely driven to ensure every guest receives the experience they deserve. Her professionalism, warmth, and dedication elevate the entire hotel experience. She is an absolute gem to have on your team, and I sincerely hope she receives the recognition she deserves.
If it were possible to give a 6-star review, I would do so without hesitation.

We have a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We would especially like to thank the team at the Oriental Restaurant for their outstanding service. Fantastic
Had a fantastic 8 days at this hotel. The welcome we received from the staff in guest relations was really first class. Particular mention goes to Mariangela Papadogianni who really took her time to explain everything to us in a very friendly and professional manner. Katriana and Maria were also very helpful during our stay. Food was excellent, room was fab (were upgraded to a suite), kids loved the pool and slides. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.
