Wonderful stay, please change one thing
Had a fantastic stay at the hotel in early July. Great location and facilities, staff excellent, food very good, everything really well maintained and we even got a free upgrade to a suite which was unexpected and very much appreciated.
My only tiny issue was on check-in. I booked and paid for our stay as a present for my husband and daughter so when we arrived went to check us in while they went for a wander around the hotel. I handed over our passports and was given an ipad to fill out details which I duly did and handed it back to the receptionist who then deleted out my name and email address and told me it had to be my husband who entered his details not me so I had to go and find him so he could be the one to check us in to the room.

An absolutely terrible first impression of the hotel which left me pretty angry but luckily this was forgotten during our wonderful stay.
I don't want to detract from a great hotel and am only mentioning this here in the hope that the hotel will change this policy. It's Europe and it's 2026, we need to firmly consign such ridiculous things to history.

It’s a really good hotel. The location is great, the atmosphere is also really nice the rooms are clean the food is VERY delicious I recommend the restaurant jasmine at least once because they had really good food. Also the service was great and the noise level is okay but not small. Value great. The only bad thing which is not the hotels fault that happened is there are really big waves sometimes that cause the lifeguards on the beach to situate a red flag so you don’t go in the water but the waves got better in 2 days. Overall the hotel was really good

Not one fault
We had a weeks stay last week here and from start to finish we had the most amazing experience. Katerina was our guest relations go to person, she welcomed us with champagne and snacks and showed us round this beauty spot. She was there whenever we needed her and always looked after us, nothing was impossible for her. The hotel is spotless and very modern, we stayed in the swim up pool which was perfectly located right across the main pool. The entertainment team were amazing, made our holiday, my son is 9 and really loved the kids disco, to be honest we all wanted to join in. Would highly recommend, we also had our 16 year old daughter with us, who loved it just as much as us. Food is delicious, a treat is the full English every morning. Also beer was on tap which was perfect for me, nice and easy, go and pour yourself from any bar or restaurant. Thank you guys for a lovely time.

Great hotel!
We have just come to the end of a wonderful holiday. Everyone working at the hotel has been super kind and helpful and you have worked so hard to ensure that we have had a great time. From helping us to hire a car, to booking a snorkeling trip, to helping us with the bus timetable, to keeping our plates and glasses full of delicious food and drink and keeping our room clean and tidy, everyone has been amazing. Thank you to the animation team also. My son has had a great time doing all the activities; in fact we have barely seen him as he’s been that busy! Thank you so much! What a great hotel :)
