I just need my stay at this hotel. It was a great experience. From the 1st step in the hotel we were welcomed with a drink and a rose😌.... We had a really good room with a sea view at the main building. The room was quite new. And super clean. They prepared a bed for my 9mobths old baby as well. We were half board. Breakfast and dinner were good. The only down point is that no labelling on the meats( I don't eat pork) so I had to ask all the time . And it was not easy trusting strangers.i asked maashed vegetables for my daughter which the chef prepared every night so she could eat with us. Thank you for that 😉. The pools are with sea water. But the kids club is normal poolwater. The gardens are very well kept ..as for the beach. We visited the beach later afternoon . We always found beds . But because it's an alcove it's not very clean and you need shoes. It's sandy with big rocks 😉. My advice if you don't want to walk much to go for the restaurant. Book a room in the main building. There were a lot of ups and downs and long distance walk. Not easy with the baby in our arms. We haven't tried the water park . But next to it you have the theater where there is a show every night for kids and after for adults. Will I visit again. Definitely. would I stay more than a week. No because you get board of the repeating food . The bed was excellent the room was great (dj under our windo 1st night but it finished at 11) for vibe . If your hesitating between both hotels. It's a big complex with 2 hotels . The sunset is amazing at the wave hotel and it's walking distance ( we saw the sunset every night while going to the theater )hope all this info helps. Sorry for the badly organized phrases .I'm exhausted from waking early to the airport

Outstanding hotel and service
We were here in July and really loved the hotel. We stayed in the bungalow facing the sea. Their whole atmosphere and vibe is premium. The staff are great, food is excellent and we felt looked after. It looks recently renovated so the rooms are modern and high tech. They have loads of activities for grown ups and a very good kids club. The restaurants are great with good options if you dont want the buffet. There are days trips to near by villages available for a small cost There are 3 private beaches available to you, just bare in mind that they are a bit stoney. Overall would definitely recommend it for families and couples.

Could not have asked for better
I travelled with our 11 yr old and 8yr old boys and another family with their son. This place was perfect for all our wishes. The boys were very happy with the all inclusive food, the water park and the football pitch at kids club. The coves allowed us all to swim in the sea without worrying about big waves. The wine was wonderful and a special shout out to Nicky at Ouzo Bar who was so lovely and friendly and wonderful at remembering what we all ordered every day. The hotel is very clean, the gardens are immaculate and all the staff are so friendly and attentive.

Fantastic 5 star hotel!
Just returned from. Wonderful week at the Iberostar Creta Marine. The hotel surpassed all expectations. The staff and service were warm, friendly and efficient. In fact, all the staff were brilliant inc the Management. The food was of a really high standard, especially the speciality restaurants, superb. If you have children the kid’s club looked a real hoot with a high level of fun staff and the waterpark is a kid’s dream! Two food and ice cream outlets there, all catering for kids and is included in the all inclusive packages. Fun entertainment in the evening at the open air theatre with an amazing buzzing animation team. Live music in the cocktail bar each night. We had a sea view room which was lovely with a mini bar. Bit tight with the contents but hey! The main salt water pool is fantastic with strict morning control of the towel leavers. Really good and plentiful sun beds. Take the on-site train to Panormos, 5 euro return each. Great selection tavernas. We broke out a couple of times and had dinner at Meli & Xydi, a family run taverna. Lovely people and lovely food and cheap! Thank you Iberostar for a memorable holiday and can’t wait to go back. Love Jane & Chris
