Amazing location if you want a quite relaxing holiday, the atmosphere is a friendly environment and just the right balance of music entertainment and calmness the water park has 4-6 different slides catering for all ages. we are in a swim up room, the room itself is lovely, my only negative would be depending on what side of the building youre on determines how much sun you get by the pool, its either morning sun or afternoon if youre here to sun yourself you need to split your day into two by the main pool and yours, seats are mostly available all day by the big pool along with the water slides and childrens pool. Value for money id say is a little on the tighter side, yes its a lovely establishment but the food and drink quality falls short of 5* for me personally, it feels a task to get food by the pool pars with the cutlery and paper bowls provided the drinks are not the best tasting from soft to alcohol. The main restaurant has been hit and miss for evening dinners and breakfast too. Its a very mediocre level of food. The cleanliness is top notch, everything is very clean other than the pool toilets.

Noise levels are normal, go where you want for what vibe within the hotel.

Staff are amazing with the service they provide really try their best always happy always smiling very child friendly.

For me personally it did not blow me away however did not entirely disappoint me a lovely hotel that needs a few tweaks to really make it feel 5* a strong 4* with potential to be out and out 5*

I wanted to share an honest review to help anyone considering booking this hotel.

Unfortunately, I don’t believe this is a true 5-star hotel. Based on my experience staying in many 5-star properties around the world, I would rate it closer to a 3-star standard. It may well have met 5-star expectations many years ago, but in 2026 it falls well short of what most travellers would expect.

There are some positives. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the water slides, and the restaurant staff at both lunch and dinner were excellent throughout our stay—friendly, hardworking and attentive. We booked the all-inclusive package and found the breakfast, lunch and dinner to be perfectly adequate, with enough variety for a family holiday.

Unfortunately, there were several areas where the hotel was disappointing:

• The gym exists, but the equipment is old and outdated. Some of the barbell collars were falling apart, which is a safety concern, and there were no staff supervising the facility.
• There appeared to be only one lifeguard covering the water slides, children’s splash area and the main swimming pool, which didn’t feel sufficient.
• The rooms are small, dated and in need of refurbishment.
• There was no iron or ironing board in the room, which is unusual for a hotel advertising itself as 5-star.
• The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable.
• The toiletries provided (shampoo and soap) were of poor quality.
• Several public toilets around the hotel had no functioning locks, making them uncomfortable to use.
• Our room was noisy, with electrical lights and the refrigerator making noticeable sounds throughout the night.
• Overall, the hotel gives the impression that refurbishment has either been delayed or left incomplete, with many areas looking tired and below the standard expected.

The surrounding village is also very quiet and dated, with limited attractions nearby.

One additional issue during our stay was that there was a traveller camp adjacent to the hotel. While we experienced no problems with the people there, loud music continued until around 4:00 am on the Friday night, which significantly affected our sleep.

Overall, we still managed to enjoy our family holiday, thanks largely to the friendly restaurant staff and the facilities our daughter enjoyed. However, if you’re specifically looking for a genuine 5-star experience, I think you’ll likely be disappointed. With significant investment and refurbishment, this hotel could be much better, but in its current condition it does not justify a 5-star rating.

We had a wonderful family stay at this 5 stat hotel. the food was excellent and the service exceeded our expectations. the staff was friendly and the rooms was very clean. we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing family vacation and would happily stay here again.
