Lovely relaxing stay
Just leaving after 10 nights here A massive shout out to Nikos at Hub 17 who our boys loved playing the games with. He was a real highlight for our holiday! You’re a star Nikos!!
Elyssia and Demitris kept us watered by the pool all day every day. Thankyou both - you are doing a great job.
The restaurants were great, much better than the buffet which was a bit like a canteen.
The bedroom was tight for 2 adults and 2 children. Definitely a squash for the stay. We stayed in a sea view family room - housekeeping was exceptional every day though. Mini bar topped up daily too
We used the spa multiple times. All treatments were excellent. Olga , kallie and Emma (I think) brilliant . We also enjoyed Faye who booked us in for these. Thanks ladies!!
Konstantina at the wine bar was excellent and we enjoyed our daily visit to eat sushi and drink beautiful wine!
Top resort in Crete
Fantastic resort full of friendly people, beautiful clean rooms and facilities and plenty of things to so and enjoy. Also great gym with really decent equipment and top trainers ! My wife and i will be revisiting.
Exceptional resort
Exceptional service throughout the hotel and very kind staff . I absolutely adored the beach location it was one of the key reasons we booked this resort. The food and drinks were really great quality and variety and also really romantic !

The loveliest hotel in Crete
This resort is one if the best of its kind . This was our first time in Crete and we booked Mitsis Selection Rinsla because of the water park and the kids club. We absolutely loved the hotel for these and for so much more. The food was so great we gained weight and the room was so comfortable with our sharing pool everything was lovely and we made new friends , our neighbors ! This is one holiday my family will never forget.
Fabulous resort
This is one of the best hotels I have visited in the Mitsis chain. The staff are all wonderful and the facilities and all the surroundings are absolutely fabulous! We enjoyed every thing and the à la carte restaurants were also lovely. Our room was always kept clean and the waiters brought us drinks to our pool daily.
