This resort is of the true, traditional Cretan Village style, nestled among lush landscaped gardens, with breathtaking views. Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Well, it does what it says on the tin.. I don’t often post on trip advisor but felt this resort needed a special mention. We are leaving here tomorrow and it’s been a fantastic chilled week, blessed by beautiful sunshine, until today. (But it is mid September) Yes, the resort is remote so no real options for going for a wander, but the shuttle bus down to a couple of resorts was all we needed. The staff are truly fantastic and make you feel so so welcome. We love the fact that you have the option of the 2 À la carte restaurants included in the All inclusive package, so so worth it. And the Cretan breakfast at Rodies was superb. The food in all restaurants is fabulous, and the cocktails freshly made in front of you. Although the rooms are a little basic/dated they are huge and being in a premium suite gave us the separate lounge, and a huge balcony with sun beds. The rooms also have everything you need whether you are self catering or All inclusive. The grounds are so green and so well kept.
First of all, a huge thank you to the entire Lobby Bar team—especially John, Gianna, Simon, and Nikos. They are the perfect example of how top-notch service is the highlight of this hotel. Excellent drinks and Greek hospitality.
The property features a rustic style and is situated in an incredibly peaceful area, far from the city bustle. It is very clean and well-maintained. As it is a family-friendly hotel, you may encounter small children. The buffet isn't the largest, but everything is delicious and prepared using regional ingredients. There are also great à la carte lunches available at the bar. Even the small touches—like fabric tablecloths instead of paper ones—are worth noting.
I is highly recommended for anyone seeking relaxation and expecting top-quality service.

We loved everything about our stay. Especially the Elia Restaurant with Denis as our waiter was perfect!
During my stay I was lucky to have a full body Cretan massage (by Maria) in the 1st week which was excellent. In the 2nd week I had a back/neck/shoulder massage and facial by Nikos which again was amazing. So relaxing! All the therapists are fantastic. Would definitely recommend a visit to the spa.
