The perfect all-inclusive getaway in Greece!
Wonderful family vacation at Nana Golden Beach. Generosity is felt throughout the visit, starting with the hotel staff (thank you Garyfalia!), number of pools and snack bars, restaurants and dining rooms, even water sports are included in this perfect all-inclusive experience.
We had a sea view room which was really nice and included a balcony with sea view.
Water park is great, beach is excellent, there's a Scuba Diving center in the hotel, entertainment plan is fun, beers, cocktails, food, really can't find anything to complain about.
We've been to this hotel a few times before but it is just getting better in every visit.

Lovely stay!
Had a really relaxing stay at Nana Golden Beach. Beautiful surroundings, great views, and a nice atmosphere throughout the resort.
The staff were friendly, the food was good, and there was plenty to enjoy. A great choice for a relaxing all-inclusive holiday in Crete!

Fantastic stay
We have just spent 10 wonderful days at Nana Golden Beach, and I can honestly say this hotel has exceeded all of our expectations.
We are very well travelled and have stayed in many hotels over the years, so we have plenty to compare it to. Before arriving, we had read some reviews mentioning things such as dirty pools, and naturally, we wondered what we would find. However, we can honestly say that we have experienced nothing like that at all. The entire hotel is absolutely spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and the standards throughout our stay have been exceptional.
What really makes this hotel stand out, though, is the staff. I can honestly say I have never experienced staff quite like them. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and everyone goes out of their way to make sure you are happy and well looked after. Their friendliness, professionalism and genuine warmth really make such a difference.
A special mention absolutely has to go to Thalassa Restaurant, and in particular Constantina. Wow, wow, wow! What an absolute gem she is. I genuinely don’t think I have ever met anyone so helpful, kind and attentive. She went above and beyond for us throughout our entire stay and always did everything she could to make sure we were looked after. Her wonderful personality and level of service are a real credit to the hotel.
All of the staff at Thalassa were also fantastic. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful.
Constantina is truly a little gem to this hotel, and I really hope Nana Golden Beach appreciates just how special she is.
We have had a fantastic 10 days and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Nana Golden Beach. We would happily return and look forward to doing so in the future.

Fantastic stay at Nana Holden Beach
Fantastic hotel. Everything you need. Rooms, facilities and food 10/10 very friendly staff. Beata And Carmen went out of their way to chat to us and make us feel so welcome. One thing is needed is ice machines around the pools as the drinks aren’t cold enough but other than that can’t fault the place
Absolutely great place! Would go again however the rooms weren’t the best
Overall, it was a great holiday. The resort has a brilliant on site waterpark which I thoroughly enjoyed aswell as my family - while also serving delicious food even at the pool bars. There are MANY facilities to chose from, including some specialty restaurants which I found high quality and great tasting food. Most staff were welcoming and happy to help. I would definitely go back again, there is so much to the hotel but I couldn’t possibly write it all. Great for families. 1 thing I didn’t appreciate, for a family of 3 we were given a double bed and sofa bed. This was for 2 children and 1 adult which was mentioned. The room was small and liveable but it would be a 10/10 If the room was bigger and better.
