Well, here we are again at our favourite place in the world. We've been here since Thursday and still have a week and a bit to go. This hotel is absolutely superb . Everyone here is determined to look after your every need. Konstantina, who runs all the restaurants is an absolute joy. So attentive and loved by all. Maria and Kostas in the thalassa go above and beyond. The rooms are great (shame about the lack of English stations on the TV). Must mention Montas who has ferried us around in a club car whenever needed. The beach is great as are the pools. More food than enough, and all to a good standard. Can't recommend enough!
Resort has everything u need for a family water park is amazing ate at the meat in and azzuro views are incredible must try the chocolate woffles staff are the friendliest really set the bar high with this one also has extreme water sports which are so fun lady at the swim up bar brilliant rememberd everyones drinks orders carmen at the artemis restauranf was brilliant we were also blessed with a room upgrade giving us option to have breakfast at the thelassa and for the views im so greatfull will never forget it here will be rebooking
This is one of the best family holidays I've ever had. We wanted a hotel that can provide entertainment for todlers and for parents and Nana Golden Beach accomplished that. I want to thank all of the personnel that were as expected for a 5* hotel and I want to mention a few who went above and beyond. The lady from the Dolphin bar(I forgot her name) had always a smile on her face and made best cocktails ever, then moving on with Carmen from Artemis restaurant who welcomed us with a smile and kind words every night when we had dinner there (it just made us to want to come back next year), then Mihai , Coleen and I forgot the other names of the people who were serving in that area were just alway smiling, thoughtful and alway being there when we needed something. I also want to mention that we enjoyed Artemis restaurant in the morning and evening because I do appreciate the fact that the food is served by someone and not left for everyone can grab , is more highyenic and they can always keep an eye on the food being to the right temperature. The management of Artemis deserve a big thumbs up for this and also for organising people to act as they do now. We also enjoyed 3 of the a la carte restaurants : Poseidon , Nami and Thalassa who had exceptional food and great personal. Overall this hotel is amazing for families with todlers and young children who want to have fun and also enjoy good food and great entertainment. We will come back for next year as we were always looking for a hotel in Crete to really enjoy our stay.
Well, what can I say, when it’s my 4th visit in a row?! (And lovely to meet other returning friends again too!) The whole place is spectacular and feels like a big homely hug when coming back out there. I think the staff need a huge shout out, from the front of house, through to the cleaners and background team. Nothing is too much trouble, they all work so hard yet always have a smile on their faces. And yes, it is nice when they recognise you as a returning guest and welcome you back with a hug and chat. Always a big shout to Bella and Konstantina though; just lovely people who are always making sure you’re ok. You will never go hungry or thirsty- it’s a proper 24hr all inclusive, with all range of branded drinks too. Too many places to eat and drink to mention, but book the al a carte places when you get there.
Enjoy everything the place has to offer. You can spend a week doing nothing, or everything! There are activities from 9am throughout the day.
My only one little gripe, and it is tiny, is the evening entertainment…it lacks a little bit of quality and is a bit samey. One of the bars come the evening needs to be a cheesy disco area for those without kids to let their hair down and boogie like it’s the 90s! I know there is the karaoke bar, but that’s not the same as a DJ just playing tunes.
Will I be back next year for the 5th year in a row… don’t bet against it! ☀️🇬🇷
