The overall experience was amazing and had everything we wanted and needed. The staff were friendly and helpful especially the lady who helps book the restaurant reservations.
I would say the only issue is we wanted to upgrade our room (as the room was small when the beds were both out) but there was no availability - but obviously it's because it's fully booked.
We're coming again this year and made sure that we booked a bigger room this time!
An Amazing place with very good food. The Thalassa Restaurant makes Breakfast with Konstantina without any wishes.

The hotel is amazing!! All the restaurants are brilliant! The breakfast at Thalassa is unique! Konstantina welcome us with her big heart!! She is the soul of this hotel!! Katerina from reception is very friendly and helpful!!! We will be back!!!

Had such a wonderful experience at Nana Golden Beach! The resort is absolutely beautiful, with a lovely beachfront location, well-maintained surroundings, and plenty of facilities to enjoy. From the swimming pools to the variety of restaurants and relaxing seaside views, everything makes it a great place to spend a holiday in Crete.
What makes this place even more special is the hospitality of the staff. Everyone is welcoming and friendly, which really adds to the overall experience.
Also, I met some Filipinos from the service; they were very accommodating and helpful throughout the stay. Oh, and a big shoutout to Angelica from Guest Relations, the sweetest! As a Filipino myself, it was such a pleasant surprise to meet some fellow Filipinos working here in Greece. They were very warm, approachable, and genuinely friendly. It was nice to have that little connection with someone from back home, and Angelica’s stories and her kindness made my visit even more memorable.
Thank you to Angelica and the entire Nana Golden Beach team for the wonderful hospitality! Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone visiting Crete. Would love to come back again someday! ❤️🇵🇭🇬🇷
