Exceptional Service and Wonderful Atmosphere
We had an amazing stay at this hotel, and it truly exceeded our expectations. As an all-inclusive resort, it offered everything we could have asked for. The food was delicious every day, with a great variety of dishes, so there was always something new to try. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.
The hotel was spotless. Our room was cleaned every day, towels were replaced daily, and the entire resort was very well maintained. Everything was well organized, easy to find, and the overall atmosphere made us feel relaxed from the moment we arrived.
A special thank you to the wonderful spa therapists, Eva and Dominika. Their massages were absolutely incredible. They were so gentle, professional, and attentive, always listening carefully to our preferences and making sure every treatment was perfectly tailored to our needs. We left the spa feeling completely relaxed and refreshed.
We would also like to thank the fantastic bartenders, Johnny, Anna, and Nikolaos. They were always friendly, cheerful, and welcoming. They made every visit to the bar enjoyable and created such a warm atmosphere.
Another highlight of our holiday was the amazing entertainment team. Matteo, Giulia, Emily, and Stella were absolutely wonderful. They organized a great variety of evening activities and shows, creating a fun and lively atmosphere every day. They were incredibly friendly, full of positive energy, and always happy to chat with guests, making everyone feel included and welcome.
Overall, this was a fantastic holiday, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable, and well-organized all-inclusive vacation. We would be delighted to return!
Great kids club, hotel basic but good stay
The whole place is fairly tired and basic but we weren’t expecting more for the price. Stella and team at the kids club are amazing, our 4 year old loved it she wanted to go every day and was sad to leave. The staff were really lovely despite what other reviews have said. As the F&B manager said, my staff mirror what they receive from the guests. We had no problems with the drinks we could order as many as we liked and the food in the buffet was ok. It’s. It a 5* restaurant but we managed fine especially given my daughter and I are lactose intolerant there was plenty to eat. The little shop sells water for 80cents. You get 1 bottle in your room when you arrive but that’s it. The cleaners really only make your beds but are very lovely but you have to ask for more coffee or cups. Bring your own towels for the pool, reception charge 10 euros a towel!! Bar staff were wonderful with our daughter and so very friendly. It’s a basic family holiday but was pleasantly surprised given I set my expectations low. It was nice break but we won’t be returning.

Location is very good, the sea is so close to our hotel which is very convenient. Atmosphere is really wonderful. The rooms are clean and fantastical. Everything is breath taking and comfy.
