Hotel mediterraneo is very nice its location is across a road to beach and only a 10 minute taxi ride from the harbour. Lovely pools and bars, very clean. Food was lovely always a great selection. Staff were great, the waitress Eva was exceptional she went above and beyond to help us. The only fault we found were the bedrooms need to be updated, the bathrooms especially, the showers have no doors so the whole floor gets flooded. They have included one mat to stand on but the floors are treacherous when wet. They gave us a shower curtain but it didn’t reach the floor so did not stop the problem. the Wi-Fi is not great at all.
Best in the hotel was waitres Eva! Her kindness, happiness, social skills was excellent. It was nice to come and eat when she was working in the lunch area. We love you Eva!
We had a really nice stay at the Mediterraneo Hotel. One of the biggest highlights was definitely the animation team. The animators were very friendly, motivated and always did their best to entertain the guests. There were different activities throughout the day, and the team created a fun and positive atmosphere. Their friendliness and energy really made our holiday more enjoyable. The hotel and the overall resort area are also very beautiful. The outdoor areas are pleasant and provide a nice atmosphere for relaxing and enjoying your holiday. However, I think there is still some room for improvement when it comes to the rooms. They could be more modern and better maintained. The food was also not quite what we expected. There was a reasonable selection, but in terms of taste and quality, we were hoping for a little more. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The fantastic animation team and beautiful hotel grounds were definitely the highlights for us. With some improvements to the rooms and food, the hotel could offer an even better experience.
