Room was very clean. Everything was ready for me when I arrived. Marina my therapist was very respectful. Excellent service from the start of my experience until I left.
We were there this week. It was a good week. The food was fine, not terrible but not particularly good either. The staff was generally good. The only thing is that behind the bar in the evening there is someone who is a bit surly and follows the rules, but that is fine. Star Beach is within walking distance and you can get to the center of Chersonisos by bus in no time, and it is not expensive. Furthermore, we had a massage at the hotel; for 66 euros you get a head, neck, and back massage there. Mine was given by Marina, what a friendly, professional lady who was very good at massaging. I definitely recommend it!
We arrived as a group of 10 early October my daughter had booked a private villa with a pool they kindly put us close by . Unfortunately the weather was biblical whist we were there but that didn’t ruin our holiday . The all inclusive bar is open 11am til 11pm cocktails are not included and are €8.50 each . The safe is €10 a week our room was basic but clean sometimes you won’t get a hot shower if too many people are trying to shower . Our toilet broke but was fixed within hours . The pools are all saltwater and freezing . The wine 🍷 was ok the red was very strong so stuck to rose . The Buffett was like a cattle market but the food was good every day .overall we had a good holiday but would not return here
