Great location in the heart of town, if you want to be at the centre of bars and restaurants then you couldn't be anywhere better. The hotel is divided into 3 buildings, all next to each other and right on the beach. Has a nice swimming pool in a separate part of the hotel to the lobby. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of choice, the the breakfast room was quite stunning as it was right by the beach. The rooms were modern and smart, albeit a little small, but they were comfortable. The staff were lovely, always there to help with anything.
One of the few negatives is the beach beds cost €20 per set which is excessive.

OMG too much to type.. room #631 which is part of their newest addition of the property located on the 3rd level. In total we saw 7 cockroaches that varied in size. The jacuzzi was nice on the balcony underneath the stars.. no lift to the 3rd level had to take spiral stairs. We checked out early than intended.. hotel management gave us full refund after sending multiple communication emails with photo and video proof attached. ...can't upload video but i would if i could .. yuck!!!!
Stay away at all costs! If you are looking for peace, quiet and a relaxing holiday, I strongly recommend staying somewhere else. Don't be fooled by the photos and reviews — my experience was extremely disappointing.
Despite the beautiful photos and glowing reviews, my experience at this hotel was anything but relaxing. The hotel was full of young teenagers who were frequently drunk, playing loud music, shouting and making noise late into the night, as well as around the pool throughout the day.
I was specifically advised to pay extra for a Superior Room because I wanted more comfort, peace and quiet. Unfortunately, I got the complete opposite — noise, noise and even more noise. There was constant traffic and groups of people gathering outside my room, shouting and singing well past midnight.
On one occasion, I opened the lift on my way to breakfast and found two drunk people lying on the floor. The smell was awful, and they were blocking the lift, leaving me no choice but to take the stairs.
This was incredibly disappointing and completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing holiday. I booked this hotel based on the excellent reviews and beautiful photos, expecting a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Sadly, my experience was completely different.
Absolutely lovely hotel made even better by the fantastic staff. They are all lovely and couldn't do enough for you . The ladies on the reception are so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them . Very chatty and helpful, especially sorting out our day trip to Santorini. Lilly are cleaner was so lovely. Our room was immaculate ( even folded my pjs and placed them back on the bed ) . The breakfast had a lot of variety. We had a seaview room,it was surrounded by the bars and the music did play till the early hours but once the doors and curtains were closed you could barely hear it . Great hotel, great location, fantastic staff, will definitely be returning Deborah ( Liverpool)
Location is really good because you ir in the centre of all night life. Athmosphere - we decided to travel, dont know how it is in 24h. Rooms - be prepaired that you dont have any space to put your clothes. Few hangers in open space, no any mini closet. Beds ar not sustainable for couples, tragic. Even when in the rooms was cleaning you can see black hair on the floor and it will stay for all you vacay. If we talk about the breakfast its more bad thant rooms. You will pay for hotel and “breakfast “, but you will get tragic food for what you paid. Cold sausages, no possibility for vegetables(disgusting cucumber, olives (one choose) , eggs are not made well. You can eat snuggles… The best point was when we paid for the sun loungers, paid for the beer, food, (it cost a lot) and some barman’s told that we have to lay in that way that sunloung was whe we came. We made it different in very small case. We accepted that there was other people. But some not happy couple told that we are too close. Sorry guys, in Kahlua beach everyone is too close and you have to aacept this!!! We leaved this overpaid beach and went to the free. And there we had a best tima of our vocation!! No recommendation for this hotel. Its not too expensive, this hotel dont have to purchase tourist for such a big fee!!!!!!!!!
