Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Absolutely wonderful massage! Very relaxing, professional, and comfortable. The atmosphere was lovely, and the therapist Eva was extreamly lovely, kind and skilled. Highly recommended!

Very good. Restaurant and room personel are very caring and polite. Only the lobby and bar personel are not polite and not caring.
Got back last Sunday morning, mixed feeling really , nice hotel, set just out side Stalis nice walk down 10 mins. the food was really nice something for everyone, the staff is what makes this hotel so helpful, polite, always happy to help. we had one of the rooms that haven't been updated, these rooms are tired and in need of an update especially when you pay for a 5 star hotel room, beds uncomfortable, the pillows omg get rid of them there dreadful for a 5 star hotel you would think they would invests in better pillows. The grounds are kept nice and clean.
Recently got back from this Hotel, we arrived late at night, there was a very helpful Night manager on duty to help us. We were in room 421 for 7 days. The Hotel itself is nice, the staff are brilliant and cannot do enough for you, they are polite, smiley and very helpful. The room we had was quite dated ( Not superior in any way) , no pictures on the walls, the bed was probably one of the worst I have slept in, I had a bad back for the whole week. The pillows were dreadful and should have been thrown away! I feel that in any hotel if you sleep well and are comfortable it really does set up your day! Instead of having cricked neck and a bad back! I think I might go back in the future if only for the lovely staff. First time staying near Stalis.
