Beautiful resort with exceptional staff
Beautiful, tastefully designed resort with spacious, spotless rooms, excellent amenities and lovely terraces. The grounds and pools are beautifully maintained and never felt crowded, even when the hotel is busy. Excellent, extensive breakfast, and exceptional staff who are warm, attentive and genuinely anticipate your needs. The welcome gift of fruit, Prosecco and Cretan desserts was a lovely touch.
A few details kept it from being outstanding: our room was only ready at 17:40 despite a 15:00 check-in, with no compensation offered. Music from the Buddha bar was very loud until midnight on Saturday, even with our windows closed. A few maintenance details, such as common bathrooms, could use more attention.

I really enjoyed my stay specially the yoga classes snd the food
Go to this resort and you will be happy.
Really enjoyed the stay (Yoga, staff, restaurants,room, location, beach...) Everything is well organized. Did also some Yoga lessons that I can absolutely recommend. Maria the instructor is adopting to your level and rhythm. Really enjoyed it.
I am Happy to have found this resort.
I just recommend the Resort for 100%.

NIce stay gone bad
Hotel was beautiful. The welcome was great. They had done all that was asked to welcome my friend to celebrate his birthday. We did have issues with the taxi company the resort uses. Seems they didn’t care that we called for them first if there was someone European waiting along with us. It was shameful and the resort didn’t help resolve it. We waited over 25 minutes while the taxis continued to pick up couples that came out after we did. One driver on the 27th around 8:10 literally refused to take us and asked the couple next to us if they were waiting for a cab and took them. That’s when the manager was called because we had already made them aware of what was happening. He was not helpful or understanding of what we experienced so for that I would not recommend staying here. Food was ok but nothing exciting. The location was a little far from the areas we wanted to visit.
