🌸💕 A Perfect Week in Crete 💕🌸
Today is our last day at Solimar Aquamarine in Crete, and what a truly fantastic week we have had!
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such genuine warmth and kindness. To make our arrival even more special, we were immediately given a beautiful room with a private pool. It was absolutely stunning and set the tone for a wonderful, peaceful holiday with everything we could possibly wish for.
We made full use of all the facilities during our stay and enjoyed every single moment. What made the experience truly exceptional was the incredible staff. Every single person was so friendly and welcoming – the reception team, the lovely lady who makes the most delicious mojitos at the pool bar, the restaurant staff, and of course the barman at the rooftop bar, who served the best cocktails and created such a wonderfully cozy and relaxed atmosphere every evening.
Another great advantage is the bus stop right in front of the hotel. For a maximum of only €2.40, you can easily visit the beautiful town of Platanias with its amazing beach bars, or head to Chania, where you can wander through charming little streets and enjoy the vibrant old harbour, one of the most beautiful bays we have ever seen, filled with cozy restaurants, cafés, and places to enjoy a drink.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made our holiday so unforgettable. Your kindness, hospitality, and attention to detail made all the difference.

The true definition of Greek hospitality
The true definition of Greek hospitality. The staff are kind, welcoming, always smiling, and genuinely eager to help. From the moment you arrive, you are made to feel truly welcome.
Despite the high level of professionalism and attention to detail, you feel as though you are being hosted by one big family.
A special mention goes to Dina, the Front Office Manager, to Mario, who always makes sure you enjoy the finest drinks, and to Markos, the Resort Manager, who ensures that everything runs smoothly.
The buffet is outstanding and can easily compete with those of the world's leading all-inclusive hotel chains. The cleanliness of both the rooms and the public areas is truly remarkable.
We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

We had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect—from the cleanliness and beautiful facilities to the outstanding service. The staff were incredibly friendly, professionally, and always helpful, whether at the reception, restaurant, playhouse, or pool area. A special thank you to Markus hotell manager with his team!!
A pleasant stay
Pleasing hotel in need of refurbishment as rooms are tired and old ,private pool is not the cleanest . Food options as great , staff are brilliant and an asset to the hotel. Not the best in managing grievances which was disappointing. The WiFi is very poor and the pricing model is atrocious , poor and basic WiFi on all inclusive and high speed for ultra all inclusive. WiFi is now the most basic requirement from any hotel and hotels should ensure that WiFi is available for international tourists during their stay
