We had a wonderful holiday at a very well-maintained hotel. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The four restaurants offer everything you could wish for. The numerous sun loungers and parasols on the beach complete the perfect relaxing experience.
everything was fine and the unpleasant problems were generated by the long delays of the plane from Bucharest which led to the practical shortening of the stay and the actual facilities. I was accommodated in the bungalow and there you should install warning signs for those who have sun loungers on the grass, because the watering system thoroughly wets them with everything that is above... during the night leading to the appearance of quite loud noises of deluges of water!
We had an absolute dream stay at Pilot Beach Resort! Everything was top-notch from start to finish. The food variety was incredible, and a huge plus for us on half-board was that kids eat lunch for free!
Our children loved the fun mini-train rides around the resort. The beach features fine sand and a wonderfully gradual entry into the sea, which was perfect for the family. We stayed in a charming bungalow with a pool view, and every detail made our stay extraordinary. Highly recommended!
Read quite a few reports on this hotel and this is mine We went as a family of grandad,daughter ,hubby and grandson . Must start off with saying all staff from booking in to leaving were excellent and very helpful ,rooms were of a high clean standard although we only used them for sleeping ,pools were numerous and clean also well maintained with lifeguards at the bigger pools ,the grounds around the pools were lovely also with plenty of sun beds at all times of day Food was plentiful and varied ,how people have said choice was limited and repetitive I don’t really know ,suppose it could have been hotter but maybe that’s a personal choice ,again all staff were helpful ,lack of English was sometimes an issue but hey we were in a foreign country so cannot really complain , Entertainment at night was varied and eventful,went on til about 10.30 ,one of reason for picking pilot beach was the mini disco for our 3 year old and it didn’t let us down ,lovely playground and late night outdoor cinema if it took your fancy As a Brit we were with prob 98% German people but no issue at all as found all the ones we spoke with were excellent company Overall excellent inc Jet2
