First class resort with all aspects spot on. The food was outstanding as was the drinks. All areas were always spotlessly clean including the rooms. The beach and pool areas were lovely and very relaxing. The staff are a credit to the resort with everyone friendly, attentive and very helpful. The entertainment was also great to watch and very well done. Overall a five star experience.

A luxury setting, friendly staff, superb food, great alternative speciality restaurant offerings, a magnificent sandy beach and restaurant area, plenty of sunbed choices, endless cocktails at the pool bar, staff taking drinks orders at my sunbed, large clean rooms, typical hotel evening entertainment, various trip options, a local bus stop at hotel entrance taking you East or West to local places and and and….
This is an amazing hotel. We had a lovely room with a private pool. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable.
All staff were fantastic — shout out to Svetlana.
The food in the buffet was SO GOOD. And the desserts were amazing. On our last night, we even had a white chocolate fountain.
We loved our time here and would go back.
A beautiful and stylish hotel with very friendly and helpful staff with a beautiful pool area and plenty of comfy sunbeds. The quality of the food was outstanding.
For the first time ever I booked a room with a private pool and this was our biggest disappointment about our stay because our private pool and sun terrace were north facing and remained in the shade for pretty most of the day. This meant we didn’t use it and had to go to the main pool area every day because we wanted to be in the sun. Having paid extra for this type of room this was very disappointing because I feel that we didn’t get value for our money. The rooms with private pools are only worth booking if you can guarantee a south facing room.
The entertainment shows in the evening were good but they only lasted for about an hour finishing by 10.30. There was no music being played in this entertainment area before or after the show so it was lacking in atmosphere and as a result the majority of guests tended to leave and head back to their rooms as soon as the show finished leaving the area pretty empty from 10.30. This left us feeling you like our evening was over at that point. Music needs to continue to be played between 10.30 and midnight to create / maintain a better atmosphere - it doesn’t have to be loud but this is an area that could definitely be improved.
