A very special thank you goes to Dana from Concierge. She has truly been our super concierge! From the moment we spoke with her, she understood exactly what we were looking for, listened carefully to our wishes and acted incredibly quickly. Her warmth, professionalism and genuine desire to make guests happy are exceptional.
Thanks to Dana, everything was resolved perfectly and we could simply relax and enjoy our holiday. She made us feel not just like hotel guests, but genuinely looked after.
We would also like to thank the entire Domes Aulūs Elounda team for their hospitality, kindness and excellent service.

We would like to thank you amazing team of Domes Aulus Elounda for making our stay a wonderful one . We had a bad year and all we needed was this break in Greece . I know in the beginning we were a bit rude after a long trip but we soon start feeling very relaxed in this beautiful hotel . The food so nice we liked the breakfast at the island so much , the service too ! special thanks to the concierge ladies always willing to assist with a big smile ! Assume they have been trained very good 😊 See you next year!
''Although I was initially disappointed with my room and the congestion around the pool, my experience changed completely after I shared my concerns with Guest Relations. Chrisa Chazden responded immediately and went above and beyond to take care of our needs. As a Hilton Diamond member, I truly appreciated how she recognized and valued my loyalty to Hilton. Despite the hotel being fully booked, Chrisa made every effort to find us a better room and arranged an upgrade for the following day, including the wonderful Cool Living benefits. Bit disappointed over all. Here at the moment for pur Ruby wedding holiday. Loungers are in short supply, especially in the sun...only about half of them on the beach are in the sun...which disappears about 2.30pm....we then tried the pool, but all taken. Walk up from the beach is very steep so we booked a buggy 2 days running, waited 25 mins the first time, but gave up, gave up after 15 mins the second time, I have a dodgy knee otherwise wouldn't have bothered booking it!! Not lazy! Having said all that our nest room, though small is very nice, and have only tried the buffet restaurant so far as the other restaurants were all booked up when we arrived on Monday, but food very nice and the staff are all really lovely.
PROS : Wonderful friendly staff, there are too many to name.
Stunning views that will take your breath away.
Cleanliness throughout the rooms and hotel is superb.
CONS: The food is bland, repetitive and demoralising.
An all inclusive putting optional payment bills at a buffet self service is so uncool and cheap.
It is not 5 star. It's a 4 star hotel all day long.
The bedrooms are very small. The shower were 60cm wide. That as wide as a fridge. A European standard home on is 90cm wide.
The fresh orange machine was not working for nearly half of our stay.
To summarise it's a 4 star hotel with 5 star staff and views. If you enjoy great food spend a bit more and go to an IKOS resort.
