Our stay at Ocean Heights View Hotel in Analipsi was a lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was very clean, with fresh and tidy rooms that were cleaned regularly. The attention to cleanliness throughout the property made us feel comfortable and relaxed during our holiday.

The atmosphere was peaceful, the views were beautiful, and the pool area was a great place to unwind. The staff always made an effort to make our stay enjoyable, and their kindness really stood out. We had a great time and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Crete.

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Heights View Hotel in Analipsi! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel was very clean and well cared for, with our room being spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. The common areas were also kept tidy, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, the pool area was relaxing, and the views from the hotel were beautiful. The location is convenient and the atmosphere is peaceful. We truly enjoyed our holiday and would happily return. Highly recommended for a relaxing and pleasant stay!

My stay at Ocean Heights View Hotel was an absolute disappointment. This hotel advertises itself as a 4-star property, but in reality, the service and conditions barely match a low-grade 2-star motel. It is a textbook definition of "expectation vs. reality." Rooms & Cleanliness (Terrible condition): The rooms are completely run-down, and the paint is literally peeling off the walls. The bathroom was dirty, with traces of some old, dried-up glue left everywhere. The hair dryer is so ancient that it barely blows any air, making it impossible to dry your hair. To make matters worse, there isn't a single shelf in the bathroom—there is absolutely nowhere to put your toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, or shower gel. We had to keep everything in our toiletry bags on the floor or the sink. Food (Extremely repetitive): The food is incredibly monotonous. Every single day was exactly the same: pasta, rice, eggs, some meat, and ice cream. During our entire stay, seafood was served only once (and it was just basic mussels). You won't starve, but you definitely won't get any enjoyment from this food. Animation & Entertainment: All entertainment programs and animation are conducted exclusively in French. The staff didn't even bother to translate or repeat anything in English, which the majority of tourists understand. You end up feeling completely left out. The Beach: The hotel is located a 15-minute walk from the sea—we were warned about this in advance, so no complaints there. However, the hotel's promised "private beach area with sunbeds" simply does not exist! We had to walk to the territory of other resorts and just lay our towels on the sand. Check-out & Staff Attitude (The biggest downside): The staff is extremely unfriendly and indifferent. We were particularly shocked by the situation on our departure day. We were forced to check out of our room at 11:00 AM, even though our flight wasn't until 8:00 PM (20:00). If you want to extend your stay in the room, they demand an extra €50. But the worst part is that they cut off our wristbands immediately at 11:00 AM. Despite the fact that this entire day was paid for, we were stripped of basic necessities. We were denied lunch, and we even had to buy our own drinking water because "our time had expired." Being forced to wait over 8 hours for a transfer hungry and without water is just mocking the guests. Conclusion: This hotel is definitely NOT a 4-star property. The staff is absolutely not customer-oriented, the living conditions are awful, and the way they treat guests after check-out is simply humiliating. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND Ocean Heights View Hotel to anyone! A ruined vacation and wasted money.
