Since our beginning, at the Galaxy Villas we have always strived to offer our guests a warm, original and relaxing vacation experience in this charming location.

The Galaxy Villas is tastefully built in the Greek island-style architecture, utilizing quality natural materials. We ensured that all villas enjoy beautiful, serene views of the ocean, the mountains and our gardens. The hotel's landscape features well groomed but home-style Cretan plants and flowers as well as organically grown olive trees and even our own organic vegetable and fruit garden in the picnic area! Of course we'll share our produce with you!

Exceeded expectations
Exceeded our expectations. It's rare to stay somewhere that ticks all boxes, but this hotel did just that. We travelled as a family of 4, with 'grown up' children (aged 17 and 21) , stayed half board for 12 nights in August and had two rooms, one with a shared pool and the other a fantastic panoramic view of the sea. The rooms were spacious, extremely comfortable with lovel;y fluffy towels, modern ameneities and the coffee machine was a very welcome touch. The rooms were cleaned every day and were left spotless. The whole hotel is in imaculate condition. We arrived late and had complimentary food waiting for us in our rooms, as well as a bottle of wine and water in the mini fridge. Water was replensihed every day. The staff were attentive, welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. A big shout out to Stefanos, Nora, Giannis and Maria and all the staff who looked after us so well. Sorry we didn't catch everyone's names. However, everyone was wonderful. The food was fresh, great choice and lots of healthy options available. We did not get bored with the variety. Breakfast was especially good. Even my daughter who doesn't normally eat breakfast, got up to eat every morning! It was just what we all needed-a relaxing, peaceful, comfortable holiday. Amazing Hotel & Staff - Wonderful Trip
WOW! After reading all the reviews prior to the trip our expectations were high and they still managed to exceed them. We arrived in the early hours of morning and the hotel had made a few small plates of food for us as-well as the complimentary gifts. In our first morning we were greeted by the wonderful Stefanos who throughout our stay took the effort to remember our names and always greeted us with a great smile and lovely energy. The Food, as a fussy eater the food can always be challenging but not here! Breakfast had plenty of options and was always fresh same for dinner too, we never struggled. All the staff worked so hard so big shout out to everyone. But a special shoutout to George who like Stefanos took time to remember our names and always greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile and wave. And after chatting away mostly about football he introduced me to a new team OFI Crete resulting in me visiting the stadium and purchasing a new top also got to see some of his pictures of the him at the game vs AEK Athens which took place during our stay. As you can tell it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and I look forward to returning in the near future and to hopefully go to a OFI game. A Beautiful and Serene Slice of Paradise
We travelled with our adult son and teenage daughter for a family holiday. As others have said, if you read the reviews for this hotel then your expectations will be high. However we found that they were exceeded every single day of our stay by the beauty and cleanliness of the setting, the kindness and courtesy of the staff and the hospitality and thoughtful details that take a ‘good’ hotel into an outstanding one. We had a sea view room, which I highly recommend as there is nothing nicer than a drink on the balcony watching the sun set in the evening. The hotel has a calm, relaxed ‘luxurious’ vibe that we loved. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. The rooms are immaculate and maintained to an extremely high standard with daily cleaning. We had breakfast included and found there was a good choice and I have to say that breakfast by the pool each morning overlooking the sparkling sea is nothing short of heavenly. We ate à la carte at the restaurant and found the food to be delicious - easily as good as any of the local restaurants we tried. I have seen some reviews mention noise - we actually found the rooms surprisingly soundproof. The location is perfect for this area, Koutouloufari being the prettiest of the local villages. It’s a reasonable walk to the beach, and there are various walking routes but the hotel is so lovely we didn’t bother much and often found that we were quite happy reading by the pool! Overall this hotel, and the lovely staff, deserve all of the praise and positive reviews and we would love to go back.

Absolutely incredible hotel — 5 stars are deserved! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We honestly cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful and incredibly relaxing, with stunning scenery everywhere you look.
The staff are genuinely amazing and go above and beyond to make sure you have the best possible stay. A special mention has to go to Stefanos, who was absolutely fantastic. He was so welcoming, helpful and attentive, and really went the extra mile to make our stay special.
The location is perfect too. The hotel is surrounded by the most gorgeous village, full of life, lovely little shops, fantastic restaurants and such a wonderful atmosphere. It’s the perfect combination of being calm and relaxing at the hotel while having everything you need right on your doorstep.
We actually changed hotels during this holiday after having a terrible experience at our first one, and honestly, this hotel completely saved our holiday. What started as a holiday from hell turned into absolute heaven. The difference was incredible, and we are so glad we made the decision to move here.
This is, without a doubt, the best hotel we have ever stayed in — by a mile. We have been completely spoilt and are genuinely so sad to leave.
We would return in a heartbeat and couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. ❤️

Beautiful stay.
As we say goodbye to this wonderful hotel there’s definitely a few tears in my eyes.
With high expectations after reading the reviews we were not disappointed. From the aesthetics to the staff the place really is a delight.
Special thanks to Stefanos who went out of his way to make sure we were happy. His kind and caring manor is so lovely and how he manages to remember every guests name is a real skill while adding a personal touch.
Food and drinks are of a high standard and the cleanliness throughout is spot on.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation.
