We've just returned from a two week stay at Galaxy Suites Boutique Resort was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived to the day we left, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had the most amazing holiday.

The resort itself is beautiful, immaculately maintained, and exceeded our expectations in every way. The atmosphere is peaceful and luxurious, making it the perfect place to relax, while the facilities and attention to detail are outstanding.

A special thank you goes to Stephanos, Vasiliki, Marios and Michalis, who were all absolutely incredible. Their kindness, professionalism and genuine warmth made our stay truly memorable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always greeted us with a smile.

The concierge team also deserves huge praise. My partner worked with them to organise a surprise proposal during our stay, and they handled everything flawlessly. Their communication, discretion and attention to detail made the moment absolutely perfect, and it's a memory we'll treasure forever. We can't thank them enough for helping create such a special experience.

We’ve just returned from a week at Galaxy Suites and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations. Having been to Koutouloufari before, I don’t think any other hotel in the area can compare to Galaxy in terms of style, luxury and atmosphere. The rooms are stunning, the whole hotel is incredibly clean and modern. The pool area is amazing and clean, the views are breathtaking, the food is fantastic (especially the canapés around the pool at lunch time!) but what really made this holiday so special for us is the staff. They are the most attentive, friendly and welcoming people you could wish to meet and a MASSIVE thank you to Stephanos in particular who went above and beyond all week to ensure we were having the best time possible. Will never stop recommending this hotel to family and friends and we will absolutely be back as soon as we can! 5 stars in every possible way.

We stayed at Galaxy Suites for the first time in June, and all I can say is wow! This beautiful hotel not only met our expectations but exceeded them in every way. We stayed in a private pool suite overlooking the sea, and the view was absolutely breath-taking. Waking up to such a stunning view each day made our stay even more special. The management and the entire team were outstanding—so welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble. A special thank you to the manager, Mario and his team for such a warm welcome and exceptional service. We'd also like to mention Stephano, the head waiter, who provided excellent service with a smile throughout our stay and Helena, who kept our suite spotlessly clean every day. The breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety of delicious food, with plenty of choice for everyone. If you chose to eat in the evening buffet was varied and plentiful. The live music in the evenings was a lovely touch and created a wonderful atmosphere. The hotel is ideally located within the village, with all the local amenities just a short walk away. We enjoyed our stay so much that we've already re-booked for a longer visit next year—and of course, we'll be staying in a private pool suite again! We can't wait to return.
