The Galaxy Villas is tastefully built in the Greek island-style architecture, utilizing quality natural materials. We ensured that all villas enjoy beautiful, serene views of the ocean, the mountains and our gardens. The hotel's landscape features well groomed but home-style Cretan plants and flowers as well as organically grown olive trees and even our own organic vegetable and fruit garden in the picnic area! Of course we'll share our produce with you!

Lovely hotel and great location...the hotel has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere from when you arrive to when you leave all the staff are very helpful to all your needs. A special thank you to Valia & Nora lovely ladies and a big thank you to Stefanos great guy he made us very very very very happy each day he was there to greet us every morning for breakfast.. The suits(rooms) are great very clean and well maintained with fresh towel's everyday a big thank you to Tonia the lady who cleaned our room lovely lady we chatted every day credit where credit is due she loves her job and it shows in her work . The hotel is nice and relaxing Very peaceful and all within walking distance to the lovely bars and restaurants.. Food is very good and a good selection only thing which could maybe be improved it's never hot enough and sometimes cold the heat lamps don't keep food hot ..we would love to return there our holiday was lovely but probably just do bed & breakfast and sample all the restaurants outside, Drinks are a little expensive than the bars outside but it is to b expected in a hotel ..so the bar is always quiet maybe something to think about... The 2 weeks holiday was lovely and it's a beautiful hotel ....
As per normal 12th year , fantastic as usual , location , accommodation and not forgetting the staff superb , certainly be back for the 13th time !!
A fantastic hotel where the staff are the absolute vocal point.
Off the back of a 10 night stay at this resort and we had a fantastic time.
Rooms were stunning , clean and spacious, we had a jacuzzi room which was great.
The hotel is exceptionally clean at all times and constantly kept to a high standard.
Breakfast was good with plenty options every day. Offered fresh coffee which is always a bonus.
The location is fantastic just a short walk from koutouloufari where there are plenty local shops and restaurants to give a true authentic Greek feel , we ate out every night with memorable ones being mythos and the alchemist.
The atmosphere around the hotel is relaxed and restorative.
As this is a new hotel some points to improve ; • hairdryer in the shared shower • background music around the pool • small activity offerings
These are completely minor details which didn’t affect our stay, but just small things which could potentially be improved.
Finally the amazing staff . everyone working around the hotel is doing so with a smile and make the experience special with a shoutout to a few members

We had a great stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. It is new, modern and furnished to a high standard. We had a suite with sea view ( definitely recommend ) it was very spacious with separate bedroom, two sofas in a lounge area, lovely bathroom and large balcony. The pool areas were lovely and we always managed to get a sun bed which were very comfortable. The complex is on different levels, there is a lift but most rooms have steps up or down to them. It was very quiet but that suited us. There was entertainment two nights a week. The breakfast was good and we had the dinner buffet couple of nights which was very good. At 30 euro we found it good value compared to meals in the village. The staff were friendly and attentive. Cleaning was to a high standard. Management were also visible every day and showed guests to rooms, helped with luggage etc. My only negative was the bar prices which were much higher than in the village. There was a small supermarket and bakery opposite the hotel, prices very reasonable. Either side of the hotel is a restaurant and sports bar. The village was a 2 minute walk away and was lovely with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. There is another small village, Piskapiano if you kept walking. It was lovely to walkout on a night, there was a good atmosphere in the villages. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend it to everyone.
What a fabulous hotel, impeccable managed and with great knowledgeable staff. Im writing this on my last day here, we had a late arrival on Monday/Tuesday and we were greeted at the airport by our taxi driver which was arranged by the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel we were warmly greeted and even upgraded from our hot tub room to a suite with shared pool, which considering the heat we were very grateful for and I can agree with the other reviews it's definitely worth the upgrade so nice to have a little living area with sofas if it gets too hot outside, also had a complimentary bottle of wine and sweet treats waiting for us which was a nice touch. We shared the pool with 2 other rooms and really we all had time in the pool alone as folk go out at different times. We stayed on a B&B basis and the breakfast was possibly the best I've had, fresh fruit, continental, cooked, breads, pretzels, nuts, seeds and cakes it really was so varied I'd question anyone that didn't enjoy it. We never ate an evening meal as there are so many amazing restaurants in Koutolafari and we like to spread the love around. Big shout out to Stefanos at breakfast he was very kind and funny and always remembered our names and despite him saying he paid for good reviews I can assure you no money exchanged hands for this one 🤣 Bring insect repellent we got bit to death and I was doing a sweep before bed to kill them all lol. I agree with the milk situation people were mentioning but little tip just get a small jug of milk at breakfast and bring it back to the room and put it in the fridge it was no bother. You get 2 bottles of water a day from the fantastic maid service and even if that isn't enough there's a supermarket and bakery over the road. We actually had a surplus of water by the weeks end. I think I've covered most of it and just enjoy your time in paradise we did and will be back.
