The Galaxy Villas is tastefully built in the Greek island-style architecture, utilizing quality natural materials. We ensured that all villas enjoy beautiful, serene views of the ocean, the mountains and our gardens. The hotel's landscape features well groomed but home-style Cretan plants and flowers as well as organically grown olive trees and even our own organic vegetable and fruit garden in the picnic area! Of course we'll share our produce with you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 — An Amazing Stay!
My stay at Galaxy Suites Boutique Resort in Crete was honestly amazing. From the moment we arrived, the whole experience was 10/10. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and the architecture and design are stunning. Almost every room has either a jacuzzi or private swimming pool, which really adds to the luxury and makes the hotel feel very special.
The room was beautiful, spacious and extremely comfortable. The bed and pillows were so soft, and we even had a lovely sofa that could be used as a sofa bed. Everything was kept clean and in excellent condition throughout our stay. We were also given complimentary wine, water, biscuits, snacks and a lovely little face towel when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The interior of the room was beautifully thought out, right down to the smallest details, from the bedside light switches and subtle floor lighting that made nighttime trips to the bathroom so easy, to the beautiful bathroom design and overall layout.
The room had everything we could possibly need, including a coffee machine, hairdryer, iron and even a steamer, with anything else available on request. You could genuinely tell that a lot of thought had gone into making guests feel comfortable and well looked after.
We also had our own private jacuzzi within our outdoor space, and it was absolutely amazing. It heated up beautifully and stayed lovely and warm, even when it was cold, windy or raining outside. We could comfortably enjoy it regardless of the weather, and I especially loved that we could adjust the temperature ourselves. It was honestly such a lovely feature and one of my favourite parts of the stay.
The food was another highlight. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, with such a great variety of options, and dinner was also a lovely buffet with plenty of choices. My only small suggestion would be to have a package option where both breakfast and dinner are included when booking, as dinner was €30 per person when added separately each night.
But the customer service was truly what made this hotel stand out. Every single member of staff we encountered was kind, welcoming, friendly and always willing to help. A special mention to Stephos and his colleagues, who were incredible. They remembered our names and even remembered that we liked hot chocolate, so by the time we arrived at breakfast, they already knew what we wanted without us having to ask. That level of attention and care was honestly amazing.
The housekeeping team were also wonderful. Our room was always spotless, towels were always provided and the staff were so kind and thoughtful. Everyone at the hotel seemed genuinely happy to help, and the atmosphere was warm, welcoming and peaceful.
Overall, my experience was extraordinary. I genuinely loved my stay here and would highly recommend Galaxy Suites Boutique Resort to anyone visiting Crete. If I ever return to Crete in the future, I would absolutely book this hotel again without hesitation.

We stayed at Galaxy Suites as a couple for 10 nights in late September, dining half board, although we dined out at the local & plentiful Tavernas every other day.
We arrived on a late flight & the check in service was courteous & very efficient.
The restaurant had closed but to our surprise a selection of salad, meat, cheeses & bread had been left together with a bottle of Prosecco. It was all very much appreciated after a long days travel.
The hotel is as advertised - boutique with only 57 rooms. We stayed in a room with fabulous sea views and a private pool (Room 57!), although most rooms had a hot tub.
The hotel was exceptionally clean & nothing was too much trouble for the fabulous staff - they really do make it what it is! A special shout out to Stefanos & Giannis who's hard work, humour & dedication really did stand out. Stefanos new everybody's name & what they had to drink at Breakfast - a great personal touch!
If your thinking of going to Koutouloufari make no mistake this is the place to stay & right up there with the best! In the Words of Stefanos & I have to agree..........."Paradise!!"

Staff and location are perfect and the rooms are cleaned every day. Very comfortable and quiet hotel.
Brilliant location, very laid back atmosphere. We had a suite with a private pool absolutely stunning with great views. Very large rooms with lots of storage space and plenty of mirrors. Every member of staff are fantastic at services, be it the pool man, the serving staff, the cleaning staff nothing is too much trouble Overall 5 stars is too low It was our wedding anniversary and they made it extra special. We are currently staying in this hotel on a short 5 night break with 3 nights remaining. First impressions - the hotel is immaculately clean and very peaceful. The staff are wonderful too, nothing is too much trouble. We are in room 45 (junior suite) and we are really disappointed with the size of the room, and the balcony, which is so small it’s unusable. I tried to squeeze past the table to hang my costume on the line, and clicked my clothes on the wall. We love to sit on the balcony and have drinks, so this is a big disappointment for us. We did asked at reception on first day whether we could move to a room with a useable balcony but was told it would be an extra 50 euros per night. The wardrobe is also tiny and had about 4 hangers for two people. They sent more hangers once we asked. My husband is currently living out of his suitcase on the floor. There is little room for this. On a more positive note, the breakfast is good, the village is so pretty with lots of lovely tavernas, gift shops & bars. Such a shame that the room size lets it down as others seemed to comment on spacious rooms! I don’t usually complain but a balcony which can’t be used is a game changer for us.
