Professional massage
I had such a lovely experience with Jasmine and Rafaela. They were both very kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. The massage was amazing and exactly what I needed. I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. Definitely recommend them and would love to come back again! π
Excellent spa
The spa is well equipped and the therapists are excellent. Jenevive and Aphroditi were our specialists, their service exeeded our expectarions. Will be coming back.
Wonderful family break
Could not fault the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff at the resort. Rooms were cleaned daily and grounds well maintained. Loungers by the pool were very comfy and plentiful. Food was fresh and varied. Hi light was the steak restaurant..

Nice hotel but could be improved
We are a family of 3 with a 14 year old from UK. This is an honest review. Hotel is nice but missing a few things for us for 5 star quality. On arrival, no map is provided or really any way of anyone showing you round which I think is unusual for a 5 star hotel, instead you get an app to work things out for yourself. We felt a bit lost for a day or two as its a large hotel and app doesnt tell you opening times of restaraunts or where they are. Its quiet and I would say too quiet, no music at all in the day, entertainment on every other night so atmosphere feels flat. In the evening everyone is playing cards as theres nothing else to do in hotel. Staff are generally lovely and friendly no complaints. Hotel is clean and has a very relaxed vibe, we had a deluxe junior suite with private pool sea view. Room really nice. All pools are salt water and very very salty, some tiles missing from pool sides. For past few days there have been recurrent power cuts, normally around 5pm/5.30pm, power goes off for a few seconds then back on again. No communication from hotel about this or aknowledgement. Room service good, no milk which for UK guests is strange we like milk with coffee and tea so had to keep going up to bar to ask for it. No snacks in room and off brand drinks in fridge, normally in 5 star hotel you have some snacks, nuts, crisps but daily in your room, that wouldve been a nice touch. Did Zumba for 2 days in a row, instructor good but did same dances both times, just lacking real thought with things. Food - average in all inclusive restaraunt, people are saying very good, but hardly any chicken, mostly pork, no flavour, luke warm food, pizza excellent for our 14 year old, salad good and desserts. Drinks good, wine good quality. Came on a Tuesday, the same day the earliest we could get into Argentinian restaraunt was the following Monday! Definetly recommend Asian restaraunt, best restaraunt here. Lots of flavour and choice. Beach is lovely at back of hotel, good atmosphere, lots of watersports, jet ski, paragliding. Massive waves we had a lot of fun with our teenager jumping and dodging the waves, that was the best bit of hotel. Waterpark at neighbourhood hotel okay, slow slides mostly, no safety there, crazy busy and like carnage, life guards very sloppy, people getting stuck in slides and life guards doing nothing, kids swimming at bottom of slides like its a normal pool. Overall a nice hotel but atmosphere and real 5 star quality missing. Feel like these things have been mentioned in previous reviews but maybe management are happy with how hotel is. I definetly think more entertainment is a must from everyone here and would really make a huge improvement to the evenings.
