Additional amenities at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and babysitting (surcharge).
The hotel was great with plenty on offer. The Buffet in the main restaurant was outstanding as was breakfast and lunch at the Greek restaurant. We had two fantastic meals at the Mediterranean restaurant. The Spa was really nice, the manager (sorry I didn’t get her name) was so accommodating and so helpful. We were there for our anniversary and had a couples massage which was one of the best we have ever had. We went to the waterpark most days which is great fun. Above all the staff were out of this world. They couldn’t have been more friendly, kind and entertaining. We spent a lot of time at the main entertainment pool where the Thalassa bar was located. Panos, Orgi,Alex,Olivia and Eleni We’re unbelievably nice, we had such a great laugh with them all and they couldn’t have done more for us. Nikos and the gang in the Kochyli bar in the evenings are so much fun and made us laugh a lot. The entertainment team were out of this world and put so much effort into everything they did. Adele, Denis, Mike, Clara, Andrea, Greta and Zulu thank you. The Olympic Games that they put on were brilliant and even better that Stella Palace won!! We will 100% be back to visit, thank you all for such a great and memorable holiday, really couldn't recommend enough.
We’re still here. Room very clean. Sheets and towels changed daily. Drinks good. Only thing I I don't like is there is no bathroom in your room. It’s all open plan so no privacy for anyone. In addition, the pool toilet is a bit rough, smelly, not very clean, needs an upgrade. If not for these 2 things I would have give 5 stars. That said, we’re having a fab time and it’s one of the best AI resorts we’ve visited.
Visited in July 2026, as a family of four (9yo and 1yo) and with my son’s friend and his parents, as a family of 3 (9yo).
Hotel was nice- a solid 8/10, but 4 star rather than 5 star. We stayed in room 918- a room overlooking one of the smaller private pools shared by about 20 rooms in our block. If we were to go again we’d get a ground floor room, as they are swim up and easier with a 1yo. Room was cleaned daily and in good condition. 2x showers and toilets were useful as was the second room. Bathroom towels, showergel, shampoo and conditioner were provided. The room had a safe and a fridge - we had 4x bottles of water replaced daily. Fridge would also hold another couple of bottles if you wanted to add your own. TV allowed Spotify to be cast to it but wasn’t a smart tv otherwise. Had Nickelodeon during the day for kids in English. Aircon in the room was very effective.
Hotel had different vibes based on where you are. The private pool near the room was quiet and chilled. There were two main pools, with the top one being split-level and chilled, and the bottom one being a bit more lively. It’s where the games and music were and the bar and burger bar. The pools weren’t heated but in 28-32 degree weather they were the perfect temperature naturally.
The waterpark was great. It had about 20 slides. For 4 or 5 need you to be 1.4m; for 4 or 5 need you to be 1.2m., and the rest are a free for all. Heights are checked. Specified max weight was 120kg on most, or 180kg on double rings. There are groups of slides suitable for different age groups- anyone from toddler to teenager would have a good time. In the evening our boys enjoyed the “teen zone”. €9 for half an hour to play arcade type games, or similar to play on a ps5 with a racing seat. It wasn’t really a “teen” zone- it attracted 8-11 year olds mostly plus parents.
Food was ok. At check-in we booked all 5 of our permitted à la carte meals but had a limited choice of time slots and we were there for 10 days. The food was decent, a solid 8/10. The à la carte wasn’t much better than the main buffet restaurant- the one stand out would be the Asian one for me which was very nice. We often breakfasted at Elia by the pool, same as main restaurant but much smaller, and it served until 11am.
Shop on site was ok. We got whole milk there for our daughter- they also do baby food but there is a limited choice- about two jars… bring pouches! No English newspapers or puzzle books, but they did sell English novels. Rest is the usual corner shop/ souvenir stuff. By the shop during the day they do have a free air pump for inflatables.
At the bottom of the hotel you can walk out to the beach. It’s a nice but small beach. 5 mins walk along the beach and you can do water sports- Jetski; banana boat; sofa boat; water jet-pack experience. Also a couple of very nice restaurants on the beach if you fancy a change of scene. You can watch the sunset if you time it right.
Would we go back? No.
Would I recommend others to go for a one-off family break- yes.
We have just returned from another wonderful stay here and have already booked our 7th visit for next summer! As always, lovely grounds, pools, food and drink and amazing staff and water park. This hotel has something for everyone and caters for all ages. A lovely balance of chilled vibes and lively activities.
Having visited lots of hotels across Europe over the years, the sun bed reserving at this hotel is no where near as bad as elsewhere. Regularly you could get front row sun beds at 9am which during peak summer holidays isn’t usual from our experience. The policing of unattended sun beds that had been reserved could be more consistent but in fairness wasn’t really much of an issue whilst we were there as there were plenty of beds to go round most days.
The staff really do go above and beyond. Adel, Zulu and Nikos in lobby bar as always outstanding! Additional shout outs this year to Olivia at the Thalasso pool bar, Andrea and the tall chap going around the pool daily serving drinks (sorry didn’t get his name but he worked so hard)!
I must make a special shout out to a few of the entertainment team who were so good with my non verbal SEN son. Adel and Zulu have got to know him over the years and are so good with him and he loves seeing them. I appreciate sometimes people can not know how to approach a non verbal SEN child but this year Andrea in particular went above and beyond. She is a wonderful person and was so natural with him, she really made my son’s holiday even more special than usual. An absolute credit to the hotel and one of the many reasons we come back year after year.
We can not recommend this hotel enough and can not wait to return next year!
We have had an amazing stay at Stella Village for our first ever family holiday. The accommodation, food, pools, entertainment and staff are all amazing. We can also not speak highly enough about the kids club, our children (12, 9 and 5) absolutely loved being there and all the staff that looked after them. We also took part in a great family event which was great fun.
The location of the hotel is perfect having the beach right across the road, with perfect sunsets over the sea ever evening.
The waterpark also had lots to do for all the age ranges of our children.
The evening entertainment was great, the pirate show was a favourite and the pirate olympics that took part between the two hotels was brilliant and all the entertainment teams did great organising it.
The staff throughout the hotel are all really friendly and can’t do enough for you. Our favourite waiter Dorian was a always there to show us a good evening.
We also attended a great Greek night with traditional music, dancing and plate smashing on a Tuesday night at the Philima restaurant
Would highly recommend going and can’t wait to come back again
