Very good Massage with Kivi! Very carefull and experienced massage with good pressure on the muscles and she directely felt the hard parts and massaged them out of the body, also very good atmosphere and good service in all the parts of the service.
Be warned - I feel like this hotel cheats in its review scores by having loads of massage / spa reviews on here to bump it up.
We are staying here at the minute and whilst the facilities, cleaning staff and the drinks selection are truly amazing, there has been a very loud siren alarm (sounds like a fire alarm) going off intermittently throughout the 6 nights we have stayed (not just a one off, a regular occurrence). It wakes us and our young kids up so they cannot rest which is completely ruining our holiday. In addition to this, the corridor lights stopped working after the first night, so we walk around using our phone torches, and the electric in the room is constantly going off and back on - we know because the microwave plays a tune when it powers on, which also wakes us. We have 2 rooms in the same block, and its happening in both rooms, so again, not a one off. We have obviously informed reception but they didn’t sound too bothered.
The meal times are extremely overcrowded and stressful to even find a table. It’s worse than a school canteen. The only tip I could give is to use the other restaurants as they are slightly quieter.
In summary, I’d honestly give it 5 stars for all the facilities and bar staff but the maintenance issues and meal times are anything but relaxing and fill me with dread. I’m regularly giving 5 stars on here so I’m not a serial complainer - but I am very disappointed with this.
