This hotel is built in Cretian village style and consists of several buildings surrounded by magnificent gardens. The sea is just across the road, and a small bathing cove is located near the hotel. The nearest beach lies about 100 m away. Análipsi lies 1.5 km away and Chersónissos can be reached in 6.5 km. The tastefully furnished rooms at this modern hotel ensure comfort for their guests. The well-tended outdoor complex features both seawater and freshwater swimming pools, each with children's paddling pool. Guests can also cool off with a refreshing drink from the poolside snack bar. Sports enthusiasts will be thrilled with the tennis and basketball courts. Travellers can enjoy all their meals in the main restaurant which is set up in buffet style with a variety of Cretan, Greek and international cuisines.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Well I'd like to say this is a loverly hotel great accommodation. Pools bars etc all good all very clean and
My only point where I feel the hotel could improve is the food temperature is luke warm .
I brought this to the attention of the hotel customer relations manager and she and the head chef did improve the temperature of the food for the rest of our stay.
Staff in the hotel were very accommodating and friendly. Good location .
We stayed at Stella Blue for the first time this year and would go as far as saying it’s one of if not the best hotel I’ve stayed in.
From the moment we arrived which was 2am the staff were so friendly, they took us up to our room on a golf buggy with all our cases. There was some cold food prepared In our room, pasta, sandwiches etc as we missed the evening food which was a nice touch. The room was a comfort whirlpool (501) and was finished to a high standard with everything you needed. The bed was huge and really comfy too.
The pool areas are great we preferred the main pool at the front of the hotel as it was a bit busier and had a good atmosphere. The loungers were really comfy and we didn’t have an issue on any day getting one, we were going down around 8:30am each day. The bar staff walked around the pool all day taking drinks orders and bringing them over which was again a really nice touch and they never took more than 5 minutes to come.
The restaurants again were all superb and didn’t have one bad meal all week. The buffet restaurant was open 7:30-11 for breakfast which I thought was really late and accommodating. The Anima bar which done Asian food from 13:00-17:00 and was a choose from the menu order, this was so nice especially the veggie spring rolls and chicken teriyaki. The pool bar also served food 13:00-17:00 and was order from the menu also. It done things like gyros, burgers etc and again was so nice. The main buffet restaurant was open around 2 hours at lunch time which was fine and always had a wide range of things to choose from. The a La Carte restaurants were amazing too, Ble pool bar we went too first and the food was honestly so good. The flat iron steak was cooked perfectly and all of the desserts were lovely too. The Ocean restaurant we went to on our last night, this was our favourite partly due to the views. The staff were amazing and the beef fillet was again unreal.
All the staff in the hotel are so nice and can’t do enough to help you in any way they can. We found the full hotel very clean and could see cleaners and maids going around at all times of the day. The towels got changed in our rooms everyday and it was always cleaned and tidy once we come back up from a day around the pool. We visited the spa which was only 20 euro per person and is again beautiful inside with plenty facilities. The treatments were a little pricey but a nice treat whilst on holiday. The onsite shop is great for any little bits needed and was really cheaply priced we found. The drinks in all the bars were great especially the cocktails and we never had to wait long to be served in any of the bars. The beach party on the Thursday night is great and would definitely recommend trying. Analipsi is a 15 minute walk and we visited Eleni sports bar to watch the Newcastle game one day which was a great little bar and the owner was really friendly and welcoming.
Overall I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, the staff, food, facilities and general atmosphere was superb and we would definitely visit again. In my opinion this should definitely be a 5* hotel.

The staff were amazing the whole way through really friendly, super quick, and just genuinely welcoming. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and it made the whole stay feel really easy and relaxing.
The food was a big highlight. The buffet had loads of choice every day and everything we tried was really nice. We also went to both of the à la carte restaurants and they were so good, definitely worth booking while you’re there. The hotel itself is beautiful!
Overall, we had such a great stay and would definitely come back. Would 100% recommend if you’re looking for somewhere that feels a bit special but still relaxed.
Absolutely fantastic holiday me and my partner had here staff was amazing and helpful the hotel is beautiful we had a luxe swim up room and had sun from 12pm onwards food was fantastic (could maybe just be a little hotter in the main buffet restaurant) but overall we had an amazing time
