The hotel enjoys a convenient location: Heraklion city centre is only 6 km away, Heraklion Airport is around 10 km, and the famous archaeological site of Knossos can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. This makes Petousis Hotel & Suites a perfect base for combining beach relaxation with cultural exploration.
Very nice hotel, would recommend a visit, very good staff who were attentive and very helpful and friendly, excellent service, great massage and facial treatments from MARIA, she was very good, great location for the beach and easy for getting into the centre of heraklion by bus, overall very happy with everything about Petousis hotel and suites. The manager was very enthusiastic and loved his singing.
Lovely hotel, friendly attentive staff, very clean - a little Cretan oasis. Fabulous restaurant which was hugely popular with botht hotel guests and passers by. I must give a special shout out to the delightful Maria from the Spa who provided the best massage I have ever had in my life. I chose the full body exfoliation, massage and body mask which was delivered in an extremely professional manner. Would highly recommend!!
We have just returned from a week at Petousis Hotel & Suites and had a really enjoyable stay as a family.
The hotel has a lovely, quiet and peaceful atmosphere, which made it a great place to relax after days out exploring Crete. Even though there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby, the hotel itself felt calm and relaxing.
The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We regularly saw staff cleaning and keeping the communal areas, pool area and hotel in general tidy. It was obvious that cleanliness is taken seriously here.
Our room was comfortable and well presented, and the pool area was a great place to spend some time relaxing. Breakfast had a good selection and gave us a good start to the day.
The location is another big positive. There are plenty of places to eat and drink within easy walking distance, the beach is close by and Heraklion is easily accessible. We also found it a great base for visiting places such as Knossos.
For the price we paid, we felt the hotel was very good value for money. It provided everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday without feeling overly expensive.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Petousis. Friendly staff, excellent cleanliness, a peaceful atmosphere and a great location at a good price. We would happily return and would definitely recommend it.
We booked a massage with my boyfriend : body scrub/full body massage/head and face massage + mask. It was AMAZING! 2 hours of pure relaxation Peggie and Maria are so nice and professional Thank you for this moment !
