Very nice hotel with excellent staff. Everyone was very friendly and kind. The food was amazing and they had a very big selection. The beach is perfect and the pools truly amazing. The spa is beautiful and erofili from the reception very kind and always helpful .Marina explained perfectly all the options for the treatments.Although we didn’t have time for a treatment we encourage you to visit.
Our stay at Zeus Eleva Mirabello Bay was an absolutely wonderful experience, and we could not have asked for a better place to spend our holiday in Crete. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a friendly and professional team who made us feel comfortable and truly valued throughout our stay.
The food was outstanding, with a fantastic variety of delicious dishes and something to enjoy every day. The quality, freshness, and presentation of the meals made every dining experience special. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained, providing the perfect place to relax after a day in the sunshine. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful, welcoming, and perfect for a memorable Mediterranean holiday.
The staff deserve special recognition for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. However, one person who made our experience particularly memorable was Richie, also known as The Beach Boy. Richie is a real asset to the hotel, bringing positive energy, warmth, and a genuine smile to the beach every day. His friendly personality and attentive approach make guests feel welcome and create an atmosphere that makes spending time by the sea even more enjoyable. He goes beyond simply doing his job and helps turn an ordinary beach day into a wonderful holiday memory. People like Richie are exactly what make a hotel stand out from the rest.

It was a pleasure to return to such a relaxing space after enjoying the beach and exploring the surroundings.

I had a a deep tissue massage from violeta, I explained I had a bad neck and other tight areas, with an intense massage , its help me get the notts out my back and neck, overall great experience
Me and my partner went for a spa day. I had a massage and facial with Maria who was amazing! I can really feel a difference, she knew exactly where to focus on. Highly recommend!
