We were pleasantly surprised right from the first day of our stay—the hotel receptionist made communication easier by using a virtual translator (providing information in Lithuanian). We were given a better room with a panoramic sea view. And the dinner—there was an abundance of food, and it was delicious!
Our sincere thanks to the entire hotel team for their wonderful hospitality and for making our stay truly memorable. While we did encounter a few unexpected difficulties during our visit, what impressed us most was the exceptional way in which the situation was handled. One of the managers Tanzil demonstrated remarkable professionalism, genuine care, and a true understanding of what outstanding hospitality really means. With great attention and personal commitment, he ensured that everything was resolved in the best possible way and completely transformed our experience. True luxury is not simply about beautiful surroundings or flawless moments — it is about the way guests are treated, especially when something does not go entirely as planned. In this respect, the hotel showed its true class. We left with a very positive impression and sincere appreciation for the care we received. We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent hospitality, professionalism, and a team that genuinely values its guests. Perfect hotel to enjoy the holidays !!!! We stayed in a triple room with sea view. Room was clean most of the time and the view to the sea was awesome. Hotel is newly renovated and clean and relaxing design. At walking distance to the beach ⛱️ and centre of the city 🌆 . Rooftop bar is very beautiful and has a amazing view of sea and town. The food is delicious and has enough verity. Hotel has a small gym and main swimming and jakiuzis on the rooftop bar and internet everywhere in the hotel all these are free of charge.

Very nice hotel, everything is clean, very nice interior. We rested abroad for the first time, there were very cool impressions, thank you for the service. I also want to note that the food here is very tasty and varied, and the people are mega friendly and polite. Manager Tanzil is just sunshine🥰 gave us a room with a sea view, we watched sunrises and sunsets, it was incredible 🤩
I stayed in Mistral Bay hotel for one week with my cousin and we are absolutly in love with this hotel! Everything is new and clean in very good quality. The bigest atraction is the roof top with amazing view for the see and mini bar with delicious drinks. You also have ther many space to chill. Also the plus for this hotel is location because its few minuts from center of agios nicolaos where you have many bars and suvenirs shops. If we talk abaut Mistral Bay hotel we couldn't forget about all people who work there. They are very helpful , kind and want to feel you the best. We spend very good time and we definitly recomend this hotel and come back there.
