Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Location is great. Cry close to the beach. No sunbeds from this hotel, as well as changing rooms or toilets. Our room was with a sea view and it was very nice. Atmosphere wasn’t perfect, firstly because of the meals. Dinner would start with a queue by the door, follow up with no food and space to sit for the next 20-30min. Not all types of dishes and fruits were refilled. Not too big choice (eg. for breakfast it was similar to English breakfast selection, I understand it’s popular, but how can you eat same food for 7 days). Dinner’s dishes were changing and few times it was really good, but I mentioned that it was even no water for dinner, so you had to buy everything there. Pool at the rooftop is nothing more but hot water bucket. Two mini pools with a space for two people in each. Overpriced cocktails form the machine (so they press the button and cocktail comes out, what are the money for then?). Room were clean enough, but cleaners didn’t even have hoover, so sweeping the floor and moping it with a dirty y water wasn’t always perfect. Pool on the group floor is in the shade and it’s ice-cold water. Station with a coffee machine by the reception didn’t work. Staff were polite and helpful.
Price wasn’t too high was this period of the year, but I wouldn’t pay more for this.
Amazing place to relaxing, beautiful hotel and very near to the sea and beaches, roof top bar is away some!!! With beautiful view to sea, very clean hotel generally at high levels, I saw some bad reviews but I can't understand why they did that because this hotel don't deserve that, they are providing very good service and food is very delicious and has variety according to a 4 Star hotel. I think it's not fair when some people book a cheaper 4 star hotel and then start demanding things which are only 5 star hotels. I am very satisfied about my stay in this hotel , today is may last day in this hotel and I don't want to leave but I have to . I want to say spatial thanks for hotel manager Mr Tanzil ❤️who's efforts make us feel this hotel as our home
Hello! This year I decided to come to Greece for a vacation and chose the island of Crete, the town of Agios Nikolaos, and the Mistral Bay Hotel. I was not mistaken in my choice. The town is small but very cozy, with plenty to see and do. Mistral Bay Hotel was a wonderful surprise. Excellent room with a sea view. The hotel manager, Tanzil, is a friendly, welcoming, honorable, and attentive person who is truly right where he belongs. The food and service are top-notch. I am extremely pleased with my vacation and my choice of hotel. If you want a quiet and peaceful holiday, come here—you won't regret it.
A great place with very good food and very friendly service—I highly recommend it. Close to the beach and the town, beautiful views from the rooms, and delicious breakfasts and dinners! Very good price.
The Best Hotel , The man at the reception is a very good man, very kind and always available.
