What a week ! This was our 2nd visit to this beautiful hotel and the only place that I wanted to return to celebrate a special Birthday. The staff made it such a special and memorable occasion and we really appreciated their warmth and their kindness throughout our stay. The hotel is in a stunning location with breathtaking views and we absolutely loved our pool room - a very special experience. During our stay the whole of Crete experienced unprecedented weather with thunder storms and severe flooding which was completely unavoidable. The staff worked tirelessly in very difficult conditions to ensure our comfort and safety and did everything they could to make our holiday memorable for all the right reasons. Special mention to Markella, to the gorgeous ladies on reception and ofcourse to Manolito and his team at the bar … you are all amazing. The restaurant has a great selection of food and again the staff work really hard to meet everyone’s needs. This hotel has become our happy place and we very much look forward to returning next year and for many years to come. Thank you for making this a Birthday to remember.

Hotel is located on a seaside cliff, so stairs and more stairs. Rooms are scatrer all over. Thank god there are few golf carts driving people all around resort as it is not very walkable. We tried to walk uphill to Aegon pool once, not a chance. It is so steep.
We had deluxe room with sea view near reception. Room was clean and spacious. Maybe little bit outdated, but that does not matter. I wish room had had few more electrical outlets to charge phones and for laptop usage.
All inclusive is little confusing. As not all drinks are included and the is normal, plus and premium choices of all inclusive packages.
We had breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food is consistent and good quality. Lunch and dinner varies little bit from day to day. As a picky eater with allergies I found always something to eat every time.
Spa experience was very calming and helped me to relax. I had Bora as my massage therapist, she was incredibly professional and attentive. No idle chit-chat which I loved! And no strong perfumes in used products. Price of the spa experience was reasonable. Very much recommended to try while staying!
