Amazing location and views but avoid food and drink terrible
Started well with very friendly reception Maria I think who was a star!
Had two rooms, all inclusive, as family of 5 but rooms were no where near each other but both nice one with pool and larger room with great views and balcony. So room can’t complain just could of been close or next to each other!
Pool rooms are perfectly acceptable and pool to plunge in after beach or sunbathing lovely but balconies had two loungers and table and chairs on but can’t have all out at once as not enough room, but we swapped around.
Views from most of this resort are stunning and can’t fault location but have to be prepared to walk up lots of steps and ramps.
Room cleaning was poor and trying to get beach towels changed almost impossible!!!
Then came to Restaurante experience that didn’t change the times we went, sometimes questioned to get in, service for anything from drinks to getting tables poorly organised and slow. Food is some of worse I have had anywhere, dull, under seasoned, Luke warm, salad looked prepared a day ago! Only place to eat was grill bar that was pork and fish at night and eggs and omelettes and pancakes in morning! But this was understaffed queued!
All bars slow, poor quality drinks served with no finesse and especially pool bar rude and unhelpful, even cocktail sex on beach not included.
Entertainment typical but did have a few DJ nights that weren’t bad but with such low quality food and drink we went out to eat 9 of 14 nights, which as local town 15 minute walk is lovely.
Definitely don’t go all inclusive, go B&B for great views, lovely location and avoid food a drink where you can!
Ran a Greek night but even all inclusive was another 30 euros each and then they said drinks were not part of our inclusive so we would have to pay for them for the evening!!! Work that out 150 euros for food I have all ready paid for and pay for drinks that were free in main bar!!!
Could be so much better has all makings but no intention stuck in times long past!!!!

Very good service, I feel a lot less tense thanks to my therapist Smaragda, I would highly recommend asking for her as she deeply relaxed my shoulders!

Great hotel...
Our third time at the resort in the space of two years, must be good then !! This time some of the staff that we knew had left, Veronica and mecalis. But this happens in any business, But unfortunately these people were the reasons we came back for the third time. They remembered that we were returning guests and made an effort to make us feel welcome, the new staff didn't make us feel that we were returning guests until we mentioned it to them...dont they have a computer system that tracks who has been there before? Maybe I'm being a bit emotional about it all, but we end up spending thousands of pounds to enjoy ourselves and even producing videos that , I'm sure generate customer footfall, 3000 views and counting...all I'm saying is that its nice to be acknowledged. saying all this we are going back next year....and looking forward to the food and staff that we know. Flag people that have been before and say hello...maybe I sound too precious but customer service means a lot too people.
