The main building is a built in a private extent above the sandy beach of Agia (Santa) Marina. It is a fish village hardly 8 kilometres away from the very beautiful city of Chania and 22 kilometres from the international airport Daskalogiannis in Chania. The hotel has an excellent view of the endless beach and the gorgeous Cretan sea and the unique verdurous landscape. It has a la carte restaurants in order to cover all expectations of our Guests, relaxation and non-stress areas such as heated swimming-pool, fitness center, sauna, steam bath and massage room. Our Guests can also enjoy a lovely cocktail or coffee in one of the Bars of our Hotel, gazing at the immense sea. These services are offered at the main building of the hotel. There is a shuttle bus (30 seats) to transfer our guests from the main building to its annex buildings and vice versa.
Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages, body treatments and facials. You can take advantage of recreational amenities such as a health club, an outdoor pool and an indoor pool. Additional features at this resort include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and an arcade/games room. The complimentary beach shuttle makes getting to the surf and sand a breeze.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Overall, we had a great family holiday, but the hotel was nowhere near 5* - worthy of a 3*. However, the staff were lovely and very helpful. We especially loved the entertainment provided - a big shout out to Melissa, Aneta, Az and Elias for keeping our family entertained from morning til night!!

We arrived late at night to be taken to our room in the annex, to say this was an experience we were devastated by the steep climb to get anywhere, the next morning we went to reception and Manolis the general hotel manager was very understanding and arranged another room for us in the main building. Rapesh on reception is very helpful and always has a smile for everyone. Rooms were clean and comfortable with reading bad reviews I was worried but honestly they are clean and they have daily cleaning. The restaurant is always busy and I honestly think they cater for everyone, okay the food isn’t always hot but they have a microwave if you want to heat food, they are constantly replenishing food so I can’t understand people saying they couldn’t find anything to eat. The entertainment is hit and miss but the entertainment team try very hard to get everyone involved and they are lovely. The bar staff are also very good and they are efficient. Overall I am impressed with my holiday considering all the bad reviews, I would say to anyone coming here to ignore negativity and find out for yourself, there’s a lot of steps are slopes to get through but they have the golf carts and these guys are absolutely amazing.. Everything considered I think the hotel definitely is not 5 stars but stars are awarded for facilities, we did not have any issues with food or drinks, staff are helpful and remember they are constantly working hard to make people happy 😊
Very nice hotel with good hospitality. The view is fantastic and the beach is very good.
We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable , and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the facilities , pools , restaurant , bars and the animation team that was excellent . We had a great time and would definitely come back !!!!
