Overall, I would describe our stay as a very average all-inclusive holiday. I personally wouldn’t rate the hotel as five-star; for me, it feels more like a four-star resort.
The hotel has some lovely areas, but also some parts that feel quite dated. The spa and gym looked modern, fresh and high-standard, while the lobby and some of the restaurants felt more outdated. The beach bar was one of my favorite areas, and the cocktails were really well made. The aquapark was also excellent, and I would definitely recommend it for families with children.
The biggest disappointment for me was the animation team. Having stayed in many all-inclusive resorts around the world, this was by far the least engaging animation team I’ve experienced. They made very little effort to interact with guests and, despite being there with my two-year-old son, not once did anyone from the animation team approach us, speak to us or involve us in any activities. They mainly seemed to perform their dances twice a day by the pool and otherwise didn’t really engage with guests. There also appeared to be certain activities specifically dedicated to French guests that other guests couldn’t join. For me, animation can really make or break an all-inclusive holiday, and unfortunately, the entertainment here was very low-effort and underwhelming. The evening entertainment was also generally quite boring, with the Greek night being the one exception. The Greek buffet was genuinely delicious and the entertainment that evening was enjoyable.
The food overall was very average. There were some nice dishes, but nothing that particularly stood out. We were also disappointed when we first arrived. We got there around 5pm and asked where we could get something quick to eat, such as a burger or pizza. We were told by staff, and even by a restaurant manager, that there were no snack options included and that we would have to pay separately for things like pizza or burgers. We later discovered that this simply wasn’t true — there were pizza, burgers, souvlaki and other snacks available around the aquapark and main pool. This was frustrating and made us feel that some staff weren’t properly informed about the facilities available at their own hotel.
Our room was another disappointment initially. We had originally booked a garden-view room but were told we had been upgraded to a family room. Unfortunately, the family room was on the opposite side of the resort, far from the main pool and children’s facilities, and felt very dated. It didn’t feel like an upgrade at all. After requesting a change, we were moved two days later to a room in the main building with a garden view, which was much brighter, nicer and felt like a better standard. The bathroom was also much nicer and, surprisingly, the room actually felt more spacious.
Overall: a very average experience. If you’re looking for a lively all-inclusive resort with lots of entertainment and guest interaction, I wouldn’t choose this hotel. I haven’t stayed at other Greek all-inclusive resorts, so I can’t compare it directly with Greece, but having experienced all-inclusive resorts in Turkey, I think people coming with those expectations may find this resort disappointing. If you do stay here, I would recommend booking a room in the main building rather than accepting an “upgrade” to the family rooms.
It was so amazing and very professional, ema and vicky are the sweetest girls ever!!! The atmosphere was very relaxed and the location was stunning, thank you about the experience, it gave us memories for a life 🥰

We were very disappointed with this hotel, it certainly shouldn't be classed as a 5 star. It was tired looking in areas, the food was terrible, and the service was really slow. One day they had little battered pieces of cod, I took a bite, and the smell of ammonia hit me, absolutely awful. The kids pool area doesn't have a bar, snack place, nothing. This makes it really challenging when your toddler is enjoying the pool, and you need refreshments. It took 30 minutes to bring us our drinks on several occasions, and you weren't allowed to be served at the bar. There also wasn't a main entertainment area, like they had a karaoke one night at what they call the amphitheatre, but this was a bit of a walk, and only a small selection of drinks were available. My son enjoyed the water park, but again only a small selection of drinks available. The kids area had a snack bar, which I popped to by myself to get my son a little snack to take back with me, but I was stopped, and told I wasn't allowed to take it away, and my son would have to come, and eat it there. We've been to way better 4* hotels, which cost a lot less. Won't be booking through Jet2 again.
A true paradise very close to the sea, with a beautiful beach. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff are exquisitely courteous and highly professional.
