Busy with family July 2026. Kids pools are excellent. Rooms are spacious. The all inclusive is more all non inclusive with lots of restrictions. The food itself is very hit and miss . Fab bbq , and lovely prawns one day but the rest was dry and over cooked . If you have a food allergy you definitely won’t be catered for . They don’t care .
We where bed and breakfast most of the hotel was alincluive if you wanted some lunch you had to go out there was nothing same at night no bottle water had to bring from shop no entertainment breakfast was over cooked eggs with hot dog sauages no fruit oh but plenty of hard bread no way a all inclusive oo the plus side rooms were big and pool area was nice never stay there again
We chose this offer because it was presented as a renovated 4-star hotel with good food and a standard suitable for families.
The reality turned out to be completely different. The hotel did not correspond to the materials presented by Grecos, and the website stated a local 3-star rating. The biggest disappointment was the food – a very limited selection, monotonous meals, stale fruit, one cold cut and one cheese platter for breakfast, one type of cake and jelly for dessert, and no children's menu. Despite reporting the issues twice to the resident and meeting with the hotel manager, the situation remained virtually unchanged.
Furthermore, the internet did not work in the rooms, the televisions in the common areas were inoperable, and the return transfer was by coach without working air conditioning or ventilation, which was very inconvenient in the high temperatures.
The biggest disappointment, however, is that the offer still shows visualizations of the hotel, which – in our opinion – do not reflect its actual appearance. We expected a standard consistent with the description and price, but we received a product that significantly differed from the presented offer.
You can not fault the hotel it is clean rooms are lovely and the staff are all amazing. However this was my second time and we decided to go all inclusive which was a very bad decision, the food was awful and beyond disappointment so we ate out every day. No in-between snacs just 3 meals of the samerubbish everyday, not what you expect from a Greek hotel ... As fir the drinks again a load of cheep crap and very limited as to what you could have in your very cheep plastic cups that were supposed to change to glass after 7pm but never did. I am really sad writing this bad review as the hotel is beautiful and it has everything 😪 But sadly please look at your food and maybe employ a different chef
