On the hill with spectacular views over the bay, canal damour and the hills of Albania in the distance, they have a golf buggy to ferry people up the hill a really good and needed touch. All staff are friendly shout out to Alex and the animation team as well as Bruno and bar staff all are awesome- good with the alcohol measures! The rooms are basic but you only sleep in them so wasn't really fussed they were clean, it's a great all inclusive holiday, food was good and plenty of selection and all in all we would return, thanks for the good time! Ps beware of the mosquitos!! Lol
Visited beginning of August 2026. Some rooms are under reverb but don’t allow this to put you off.
A great hotel less than 10mins walk from the beech and front strip with bars and restaurants and shops. But you don’t really need to leave the hotel. On site mini market.
The restaurant at the hotel was fantastic, and provided something so simple but effective. A menu for the day at breakfast time. So if there was something you didn’t fancy that night you could make your own choice to have more luck or go out. The food is amazing! Not loads of choices but enough and I would rather have this if the quality is high and it was, than lots of choices but not very nice. Gets busy at the opening times but this is the same where ever you go at the peak times before the mini disco.
We went out one night to 50/50 restaurant. 10min walk away, maximum, purely of our own choice for a Greek food experience. I’m sure the food we missed that night would have been equally as good as what we had every other day.
The hotel animation team were very very good. Some of the best I think I’ve seen at a hotel. The whole team where really friendly the two ladies who did the kids club where really good with the kids. “Mr Alex” particularly stood out, very funny, and his daily darts competition was very entertaining. But they were all good in their own way and included everyone in their evening shows. Do not miss the comedy show we found this brilliant.
The rooms were very clean and tidy. We were in a room yet to be refurbed but had the basics you needed. WiFi was very good and air con was cold! We went back to the room one night as the kids were tired and you couldn’t hear the entertainment in the room so. So noise levels were great.
The whole hotel is very clean in all areas.
The hill to most of the rooms is a killer, but there is a golf buggy running day and most of the night to take you up and down. The drivers are very friendly also.
The important bit! I don’t know how the hotel have achieved this but I have never been to a hotel yet where, no matter what time of the day you come to the pool you can get a decent sun bed. We dropped ours on the way to breakfast but there was no need too. We even had a half decent one the day we arrived in the afternoon. A major plus not having to get up at the crack of doom to get a decent spot!!!
A great family holiday, and a very enjoyable experience had by all.
Bad points: hotel room was pretty poorly furnished, no where to actually put anything. Beds where pretty much rock hard and fold out third bed would try and fold back on itself. Wouldn’t take a lot to improve with new mattresses and some nicer furniture. Good points: room was clean and tidy. Food was good although quite a small selection. Buggy car service to your rooms as it’s on a very steep hill. Well stocked shop on site that’s reasonably priced. Excellent points: the staff behind the pool bar and the animation team. Both were exceptional. Saka and Maliki behind the Pool bar went above and beyond. Martin, who runs the animation team was amazing, always available for a chat and have a laugh, and you can clearly see that he shows passion in his job as he just wants to make everyone happy!
Amazing Staff at Pool Bar & Animation Team, Rooms were a bit basic and old fashioned but a very nice hotel in a good area with amazing people around.
Just returned from panorama hotel Sidari. We travelled as a party of 12,4 generations ages from 3 months to 73 and had a wonderful week. On arrival we checked in late past midnight and the man on the reception desk was very friendly and explained about the facilities etc.We requested low floor rooms in the blocks near the swimming pool due to my mums walking difficulties and were very pleased when we were told we had all 4 rooms in block 2 and 3 on the lowest level near the pool and restaurant. This made a huge difference to us as a family and we were very grateful for the hotels assistance in keeping us all near to each other.
The swimming pool is huge so never to overcrowded. Never a problem getting sun loungers and no need to queue or fight over beds. The pool was a lovely temperature to cool you down but not freezing.
The restaurant was very clean and staff always busy keeping it clean and clearing tables etc. every night of our 7 night stay there was a different theme and type of food including- Thai, Italian, Indian, gourmet and Greek. All food was hot and presented well. We had 12 people all with different tastes in food but everyone was able to choose a nice meal every evening. Some examples of dishes were - pork on black bean / noodles/rice/ prawn crackers and ribs Pizza/pasta bognsise/lasagne Chicken curry/ spicy chicken wings/ rice Mexican night quesadillas / chilli con carne
Breakfast and lunch was also varied and tasty,
Entertainment team were amazing, my grandchildren aged 4,6,8 cried when they had to leave. Teddy on the animation team goes above and beyond to make the children welcome , included and happy. Teddy is an asset to the team and came to wave us off after their own little mini disco in reception. Martin the guy who does water aerobics/zumba was very hospitable and another asset. Shop on site is well stocked but more expensive due to convenience. Drinks were limited in choice but always cold. Bar area clean .
Rooms were dated but spotlessly clean . The cleaner was fantastic and cleaned out told daily and left fresh towels.
All in all a great holiday. Would definitely return to the hotel Panorama.
