If you are looking for a beautiful beach getaway with unbeatable service, EVA Palace is the perfect choice. The hotel is gorgeous, but the amazing staff make it unforgettable. They treat you with genuine warmth and take care of everything before you even have to ask.Every staff member greets you by name with a warm smile. You feel like a VIP from the moment you arrive.Beach attendants set up your lounge chairs instantly. They keep your drinks cold and towels fresh without ever bothering you.The restaurants serve incredible fresh seafood and local dishes right by the water. The room was quite big and comfortable for a couple. Eva Palace is a true paradise. The views are breathtaking, but it is the world-class hospitality that will make you want to return year after year.

Great
The location was perfect, with a very nice beach. The atmosphere was very relaxing in which u could chill and really take a break. Rooms were nice and clean, the cleaning crew changed the towels each day and cleaned the room. The service was the best especially the beach crew.

staff is very nice. location is beautiful and perfect. rooms are clean. it is not noisy, which i love.
Great location / facilities but service lets it down
Pros - excellent location with wonderful views, food ( we had half board) and manager/ main host for their service, pool areas/ beach and outdoor cinema. Due to the issues with housekeeping and slow service etc we were given late checkout on our last day which was really appreciated. Cons - room and balcony were really small ( however we did have an ocean view so that made up for it a bit) , housekeeping - on 2 occasions we left the room at 10am and came back to the room at 3pm to find it still hadn't been made up and tea/ coffee not replenished ( that didn't seem to happen for our whole stay), service over breakfast was V slow - ordered a cold latte and despite chasing it, it arrived 1 hour later on one day and never arrived an another day. Finally, allergen labelling - my son has a nut allergy and it would be great to see the allergens on the food labels like in other hotels
This hotel is in a prime location and facilities are lovely but the service lets it down - some of the staff are wonderful but at peak times there doesn't seem to be enough staff to service the guests compared to other hotels.
