This resort is located on its private peninsula, right on the edge of the Ionian Sea and in between the towns of Dassia and Gouvia. Previously a favoured retreat for the European royalties, this island hideaway provides the perfect setting for spa treatments or a special holiday away from the eyes of the crowds. While those who want to perfect their tan can do it at any of the 3 private sandy beaches or the large outdoor pool. All of its rooms treat to superb vistas, to the right one can admire sweeping views over Corfu and the yachting marina in Gouves, whilst on the left is the Gulf of Dassia and the mountains of mainland Greece. The dining options combine exclusive waterfront settings and award-winning chefs.

An exceptional hotel set in well manicured gardens. We chose a bungalow room with a sea view but it was in the furthest block away from the main building near to the entrance gate… a five minute walk to breakfast through the beautiful gardens (you can request a buggy if necessary!) A stunning room with beautiful sea view, lovely amenities and excellent air con which was very much appreciated in the 40° humid temperatures. The staff are fantastic in every area / special mention to Anna-Maria who welcomed us and showed us to our room and the lovely young lady Olga at breakfast and dinner who was simply brilliant, knowledgeable about the wine selection. eyes always watching for any guest who needed anything and always service with a smile and time for a chat. The guys on the beach worked so hard in the heat to provide cold water in the mornings, fresh towels and cocktails with a smile! A couple of beaches to choose from (we preferred the smaller beach nearest the water sports, all had crystal clear warm sea water so not great to cool off. Loved the open air cinema..popcorn included! The huge choice both at breakfast and dinner at the buffet restaurant would keep everyone happy and well fed.. including champagne at breakfast. We also ate and enjoyed the beautiful views at the Trattoria which was great. Our favourite evening for dinner was the visit to Danilia village including in the HB option. A great ambience, we felt like we were part of a Greek village party! Food was superb and we only wish we could have stayed longer to look around the museum and various buildings. A wedding party on our final day… Hope the bride doesn’t mind me sharing the photo :) If you are just thinking about booking, don’t hesitate.. it’s wonderful and I’m sure we’ll return.
Had a wonderful stay. The hotel itself and the surroundings are stunning, with a sensible layout for views, for accessing facilities and ensuring the hotel never feels too busy. But something even better than the hotel is the staff. The staff are the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever experienced at a hotel. Thank you!

Great Holiday good location. Brushed up on some diving skills with James at the Imperial hotel . Hadn’t done any for 10 years. Ended up doing another dive with the wife going snorkelling on his rib. Cracking guy really had a good day out.
The setting of this hotel is spectacular, rolling hills in the distance, beautiful bay views either side. Clear sea. All the boats coming and going. Food in hotel in all their rest.s was exceptional too. Very pretty garden/grounds. Best Concierge team we have ever experienced. Especially Anna Maria & Anastasia. Suited to young families and older gen. too,Thank you for a fantastic holiday. PS just one downside of low noisy planes though , quite regular as on flight path, so not the place to stay if you want utter tranquility ! Stayed in the quieter swim up junior suite which was away from main hotel block. Great view out, highly rec.
