Conveniently situated in Agios Ioannis Peristeron, on the beautiful and bright island of Corfu, this stunning accommodation is the ideal place to stay when visiting this destination. Nestled on the green mountain, visitors will be enchanted by the breath-taking natural surroundings and the blue Ionian Sea that extends right in front of the establishment. Corfu’s town centre is 16 kilometres away and Corfu International Airport is at around 15 kilometres away. All the air-conditioned rooms are fully equipped with modern amenities such as a satellite TV and boast great views to the sea, the hotel’s swimming pool or the mountain. The property offers several dining venues such as a restaurant, a lobby bar and a pool bar. Among other facilities, travellers may pamper themselves with a refreshing swim at the saltwater, outdoor swimming pool.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
It's the worst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed in,
It's needs to be totally refurbished,
Needs a back up generator and emergency lighting .Couldn't deal with a storm, no lights no power no hot water for first 2 days ,change room twice , They had to go out and buy candles for lights as the had no emergency light, eating your food in the dark and water coming threw the roof /ceiling, next morning still no electricity or back up , you were using your phone as touch , Breakfast was basically cold as no electricity for the self service trays , no coffee or tea or drinks as no power, water was coming back up the room drains ,
Please look at the photos and see how tried and bad it is , The brochures are miss leading, I am ready for a court battle over miss representations of the property and holiday sold to us and other people.
No toilet paper on arrival, toilet brush full of last people's poo, cold water for showers all stay in both rooms , you can see the mouldy and broken bed, the water flow on the basin tap was so slow. Just at the pictures of the damp walls and mould , pictures don't lie.
I will try to keep this short & sweet, if you've ever stayed in a hostel, this hotel will bring back memories..I stayed in room 102 for 4 night's, the room is very dated, bed uncomfortable, there was a fridge in the corner on the floor, the wifi was almost non existent.
The terrace has a massive mound in front and there is a partial sea view to the side. There is no privacy on the terrace and some are shared.
Bathroom ok but the shower cubicle very small, in the 4 days I had 1 hot shower, mostly luke warm at best.
Food.. The luke warm shower was hotter than most of the food I tried, it is very poor quality and not much choice, breakfast was mostly cold or luke warm.
I ate out after the 1st night.
The snacks served in between meals were very poor.
The drinks, although weak were not too bad.
The pool and surrounding area is quite small and the sun beds are all squeezed together. Very uncomfortable.
The staff (as I expected) were all very friendly, I could go on about the hotel but I think you may have read enough, would I return to this hotel, not if it was free. I regard this hotel as 2 pushing a 3 star, where they got the 4 from, God only knows.

Had an amazing time. Food was locally sourced and good verity. Staff where so lovely and helpful. Rooms where clean and tidy and we had entertainment every night. We will be definitely coming back we had an amazing time.
The location of this hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There is one very small over priced supermarket next to it. It is by the sea but there is 2 restraunts local. A short walk down the road. One called Nikkos which was full of stray cats jumping on you when your trying to eat.and the other I forget the name but that was nice.
The hotel looks lovely on the eyes and the scenery was nice however the vibe was not.
If you opt for a sea view room like us you are facing the road which the traffic goes down before the sea. It’s extremely noisy and with the pool music on top of it it’s not relaxing at all.
Our beds were very dated old wooden beds, we was a couple lashed in a twin room so slept separately with beds pushed together.
The smell in the room was like a drain and other hotel users were the same
The shower didn’t work properly and was always cold - not good.
The bedding was changed once in 4 nights when we was there. The end balcony on the sea view is tiny and I mean tiny.
Food- well we starved The food was repetitive
If you don’t like pork then don’t go here.
A few dishes to choose from all cold, they even had a microwave at the end for people to use lol and that was filthy
We got sick for 2 days after eating there then didn’t eat there again and went out.
There is a bus stop to take you places for a 2.20 charge to Corfu town However to find the bus stop is a different story, you need to walk down the lane where the traffic is fast and there is no side walk for pedestrians.
The bins facing the hotel are over flowing and stink and can smell this at the pool area.
The “pool bar” “snack bar is basically ice cream and tubs and left over items from tea and lunch like pastries.
The staff were polite though and worked hard.
We were bitten a lot and was insects in room flying We came back to the UK needing antibiotics and GP support.
Not good hotel waste of over a thousand pound.
Ps Corfu town is freaky too some nice scenery but Google maps took us like the roughest parts I think
Was weird. Beggars at the church trying to get money off tourists.
We did do the pirate ship excursion which was great - very informative information.
Best part was coming home. Avoid
Very good location in terms of getting to near by towns and beach.
Hotel staff are lovely and the atmosphere of the resort isn’t bad at all, however, there is not enough sunbeds and pool space for the amount of people visiting (keeping in mind this is in October!) night entertainment was decent.
The rooms are very underwhelming and quite frankly not very clean. We had to get anti bac wipes to go through and wipe down all surfaces. The bathroom stank coming from the drains and the hotel did clean / fix this by bleaching down the whole room. Air con worked a treat though so that’s a bonus Bedding had to be replaced on the first night due to stains and previous guests hairs in the sheets…. The sea view balcony was stunning and worth the tiny bit extra in price.
Food was hit and miss, often cold or left out and not topped up until it was near empty. Some bits were flavorful but was hard for a vegetarian to get a decent, nutritional meal.
The beach nearby (a 5 minute walk away) was stunning, clear blue water with a decent amount of sunbeds and often not busy so would highly recommend.
High credit to the staff here, they made the experience better, very friendly, thoughtful and helpful.
Overall I have a mixed recommendation, I wouldn’t classify this as a 4 star hotel compared to the 4 star resorts you get in turkey, Tunisia and Morocco etc but wouldn’t say stay away from this hotel. Be prepared to self cater or visit the old town once or twice though!
