Positive: Restaurants: service and food Swimming pool: fascinating, easy to find loungers, service, food and drinks! Shuttle service to the beach is punctual The welcoming team at the door Negative: reception team very slow and not very helpful / some don’t speak or understand English. Confusion is everywhere. The room upon checking in not clean hairs won floor and dust on bed side table and on living room table needed cleaning. House keeper took care directly till the last day of our stay and provided us with everything needed. Minibar empty. Slippers very cheap like the one you buy on the cheapest website. Got bitten by a bee the staff in spa applied an antihistamine gel. Their attentive service was a plus. The hotel is new but the carpet in the hall doesnt indicate this it was full of spots and unclean. Maybe never vaccumed.

Lovely Hotel but service not 5 Star ! The shuttle bus to the beach and back is most inefficient. It’s a steep climb to the hotel from their private beach . It’s an eight seater bus which runs on a time schedule and often there are 15 or more people waiting or the bus is late which encores a waiting time of twenty minutes each time . We used it 4 times a day which was an hour and twenty minutes each day waiting for a courtesy bus . Not great for a five star hotel . We had to ask three times for extra pillows.
