Had a wonderful week here, our room was spacious, spotless and the complimentary mini fridge re-stocked most days. Plenty of sunbed availability and staff go above and beyond. Beach is mostly shingle, the grounds are well kept and the animals are very well cared for. There is a great selection of food however it wasn't very hot. Well worth doing the dining experiences, especially the Fine Dining and Asian. Mosquitos were manageable however the wasps inside and outside the main restaurant were a pain - staff lit coffee beans to try and keep them at bay but they were persistent. An 'adult only pool' would make it even better, the one near the lobby is suitable, just needs signage to go up. All in all a great holiday, would definitely go back!

My boyfriend and I came here for a week to relax and recharge after some busy times and it delivered on every level. The resort is beautiful and so well equipped, the pool areas in particular being so well taken care of and pretty. Our room was huge, with a large balcony and well air conditioned and super clean. It’s such quiet and chilled atmosphere. The food was the best I’ve ever had at an all-inclusive too but what really made it was the staff, they were all so attentive and lovely and have to say a particular thank you to Georgia the Sommelier who - as well as doing a really fantastic wine tasting - made sure to say hello and check in on us whenever she saw us and see if we needed anything.
We went to this lovely resort for a few days in October with our two toddlers. It was a really family friendly place with good food options (including 4 a la carte restaurants) clean facilities and a lovely kids club (Grecoland).
Grecoland have a daily Greek cultural activity (such as making tzatziki) as well as lots to do all day, which our daughter really enjoyed. It is set in an Aqua park with lots for kids and adults to do. There is also a good mixture of activities for adults to do.
There are a number of pools and a beach on site too!
Our highlight was the staff, particularly Katerina and Paulina who work at the reception; they are brilliant!
One thing to watch out for are that there are several wasps around the hotel complex and mozzies in the evening, which is a real nuisance.
We would also recommend a day visit to nearby Kassiopi, a gorgeous village, perhaps on a Sunday when some of the hotel facilities are closed.

This was our first time going to Corfu and to this group of hotels. We were very pleased at our choice. The booking in process was very personal- no standing at a reception desk but the staff sat us on sofas with a welcome drink. When the paperwork was completed the lady from reception took us to our room. We had a ground floor veranda room which was excellent for my wife who has Parkinson’s . The room was large and well furnished and the bed was very comfortable. The building was however reached by 5 steps but these were manageable. For anyone with mobility issues the site is very large and the paths are wide and flat. There are ramps but there is a noticeable lack of handrails on the ramps and stairs. There are several speciality restaurants which are all excellent and well worth trying especially since it’s all included in the package. The main buffet restaurant has a wide selection of foods which were replenished regularly. There was always something to eat and enjoy. We don’t drink alcohol but there was a great selection of non-alcoholic drinks. The greatest asset to the hotel is their staff, everyone of them, from the management team, the bar and restaurant staff, the housekeepers and the maintenance team are dedicated, courteous and extremely helpful. This was definitely a 5 star experience.
