The hotel service is exceptional I had one poor meal in the Asian restaurant the manger came to understand. Evanthia genuinely wanted to improve the hotel. No defensiveness at all just pure passion and I really appreciated this. Anyone who wants to improve an already good product to move it forward is a winner in my view.
The Italian was exceptional the caprese salad so fresh. The lamb chops on the stone a real spectacle.
The Greek and fine dining were also a good quality meal and well worth booking.
As with any hotel buffets can be the same daily although don’t miss out on the grill on the main square even at breakfast time.
Overall I had an exceptional 7 days away.
Would I go back probably not but would I go to an equivalent Grecotel I certainly would. I like to go to different places always love when à la carte as it breaks up nights as a solo traveller.
The staff professionalism is exceptional. And the ice cream and crepes a lovely touch and worth the walk from the pool to beach.
Rooms really modern and comfortable wifi is great which is a must.
Even though my kids grown up the water park was fun. Nothing wrong with reminiscing now they are too old to come with dad.

We had a wonderful stay at Grecotel at the beginning of September and we were happy with everything.the resort was beautiful and excellent service , also the cleanliness and hospitality was great. I Met there two Albanian women ,like me,that were members of the housekeeping team Vera and Vasilika .They were always so kind, friendly and attentive. Our room was cleaned every day.
So, in overall i like staying here some days. We will come back again for sure 😊

We stayed at Grecotel LUXME Costa Botanica as a family in September 2026. The resort was very clean, quiet and relaxing. The staff were friendly and responsive whenever we needed help. The sea was pleasantly warm, and we enjoyed the beach and pools.
The food was good quality, but the buffet selection felt limited, with many dishes repeated at breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also had to queue for an indoor table. We tried one of the à la carte restaurants and really enjoyed the food, although its menu was limited.
The hotel gave us mosquito repellent for the room and a spray for our bodies, which we appreciated. Even so, mosquitoes came into our room whenever we opened the balcony door. We had to keep it closed and couldn’t enjoy the balcony as we had hoped. Corfu Town is some distance away, so you need to plan a separate trip if you want to explore it. The hotel is in a quiet, relaxing area by the beach. We enjoyed the warm sea and peaceful surroundings. If you also want to explore Corfu Town, plan a separate trip there rather than expecting to walk from the hotel.
We enjoyed our stay overall and felt it was reasonable value, especially because of the setting, cleanliness and helpful staff. The mosquitoes, restaurant queues and repetitive buffet were the main drawbacks.
Everything said in the reviews is true—it’s a beautiful, sprawling resort (9,000 steps a day!) with several attractions: a water park, the beach, and two swimming pools, which means that no area ever gets really crowded and you can always find a spot to lay out your towel. The staff is generally very friendly and attentive. A few minor points to note: there’s no entertainment, and the food is frankly not up to 5-star standards. One major and very annoying issue is that some of the buildings still have their original door and window frames (from the ’90s), the doors and windows are the originals—meaning there’s no soundproofing at all, and everything that happens outside in the hallways (where sound echoes a lot) or in the gardens can be heard clearly in your room... Quiet hours are from 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.: be sure to bring your earplugs. So, for these reasons, it’s not a 5-star hotel.
