This impressive hotel is located in a residential area in Kato Paphos, within walking distance from the seafront and beach. This lovely establishment offers elegant facilities and excellent services to cater for all guests' needs. There are spacious and light-filled superior studios, deluxe studios, one-bedroom suites and excutive suites. The guestrooms open on to a beautiful oasis of peace and serenity in which to completely relax at all times. There are 4 swimming pools to choose, 3 outdoor and one indoor, two of which are heated in winter. Buffet meals with theme nights are offered in the Patiakia restaurant, the indoor lounge bar is open till midnight and the Deck bar is available until 6 pm from May till October. There is also a health spa with a fitness room, a sauna, steam cubicles and a treatment room offering a variety of massages at a charge.
Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages. You're sure to appreciate the recreational amenities, which include 4 outdoor swimming pools, a sauna and a fitness centre. Additional amenities at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, a television in a common area and tour/ticket assistance.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We have just returned from King Jason hotel. A wonderful experience from start to finish. Welcomed by Maria, beautiful room, steps from our room and terrace, room 30, to the pool. Food was lovely, as a vegetarian, plenty of choice. Soups were unbelievable and lovely and hot, a different soup each mealtime. Used the shuttle bus with the lovely George. All the staff were welcoming and polite and so hard working. Excellent bar, with premium spirits, bar staff very attentive around the pool and in the bars. Thoroughly enjoyed the aqua gym, 3 times a week with Sophia. In all a wonderful 2 weeks.
We stayed at the King Jason after a 7 day Cruise around the Aegean stopping at Crete, Athens, Turkey, Mykonos and Rhodes aboard the Marella Discovery. Very easy departure from the Ship, with an awaiting Coach to take us to the hotel. About and hours travel and we were at the front entrance. Impressive.
The receptionist asked us to leave the cases where they were, sit down, enjoy a glass of bubbly and fill in the obligatory paperwork. After completing the task, we were given our allocated room key and a nice chap wheeled our cases to Block C, where we were staying. A small lift took us 3 floors up to a lovely Suite with comfy bed, excellent bathroom facilities and a small but private Balcony.
As it was about lunchtime, we dropped the cases and entered the restaurant to find a dazzling display of self service buffet food, covering most everything you could imagine. Excellent Greek salads with loads of Feta, Pasta dishes, Pizza, Chicken, Fish, Vegetable dishes and fresh bread. Something for everyone. A kindly waitress asked us if we would like water and any other drinks, beer being the choice for us.
Each night follows a food theme with Eastern, Asian, Italian, Mexican amongst the mix. We never got the chance to visit the tasting menu in the Peruvian restaurant but we were only staying 3 nights and is was fully booked. The food is excellent, with only 3 X half hour periods during the day when they're not serving.
The following 3 days encapsulated great sleep, excellent food, abundant drinks and superb staff.
Sunbeds were easy to get, with 3 pool areas to choose from. October's afternoon sun was blistering and the sun goes from one side of the pool to the other. At some stage it will get to you. Pool bar fully stocked but waiters come round regularly asking for your tipple.
Breakfasts were a relaxed affair with cold meats/salad, full English selections, omelets, breads, jams, fruit, yoghurts etc. Tea, Coffee and a selection of juices as standard. Again, the staff were amazingly polite and efficient.
Superb holiday. SOOOOOO relaxing and the King Jason played a significant part in achieving that. Hotel is a 10 minute walk to the beachfront/harbor area with loads of bars and restaurants to choose from. Coffees for 4 Euros, Beers for 6 Euros. Walks up to the lighthouse one way, past the Castle. The other way takes you past a gaggle of beachfront hotels to a beautiful little church.
Our last night we were treated to a very good guitarist and singer to cap the evening off. Coach arrived on time for our 11:25 pick up and airport for 12:30. Check in and Security took 20 minutes and we were having a Costa pre flight.
Although away from the main beachfront hotels, the King Jason is peaceful and stylish. It gives you options and takes you away from being "on show" in the Goldfish bowl, if you get what I mean.

Located in run down residential area. Hotel & staff are great apart from odd ones grumpy. Had an executive suite which was nice. Food ok. Drinks let down by flat pump mixers. Smokers dominate outside pools & bar areas.
This hotel has such friendly staff who remember your name and take care of everything. ( even the shuttle driver - George) Kira deserves a special mention as she is always checking on everyone. Everything was clean and well cared for - lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend this hotel which is in the centre but walkable or shuttle to mall and harbour where buses go everywhere in the vicinity.
A huge thank you to all the wonderful staff, from the management team, who catered to every request we made before we even arrived, to the fantastic catering and bar staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make our holiday so special.
The food was absolutely amazing at every sitting, with so much choice and everything beautifully prepared.
A special mention to Amal, who worked tirelessly around the hydro pool, always making sure everything was perfect.
And last but certainly not least, Salah, who truly went above and beyond to make our holiday unforgettable. Your kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed!
The King Jason is a real hidden gem, with an incredible team who make you feel so welcome from the moment you arrive. We cannot thank you all enough and will definitely be booking again! ❤️❤️
