Nestled right on the waterfront, Paphinia SeaView Apartments offers breathtaking panoramic vistas of Paphos Harbour and the expansive sea. This hotel boasts a selection of self-catering apartments and studios, each featuring a balcony.
You'll find a variety of accommodations available, including spacious two-bedroom and one-bedroom apartments, as well as studios. Each are complete with wooden furnishings in blue hues. They come complete with a seating and dining areas, as well as well-appointed bathrooms featuring hairdryers. Air conditioning is available for a fee.
All apartments come equipped with a fully stocked kitchen featuring a granite countertop, electric kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a convenient washing machine.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Paphinia SeaView Apartments enjoys a prime location, only minutes away from the bustling harbor, the historic Castle, the ancient Mosaics, and a local beach proudly displaying the European Union Blue Flag. If golf is your passion, the nearest golf course is just a 15-minute car ride away.
We stayed for 11 nights in room 211B appartment. We found the apartment extremely spacious with everything you would need for a self catering holiday with the added bonus of a washing machine and dryer. Sea views were amazing great for people watching. We found the apartments extremely clean with towels changed frequently. We found all staff we spoke to very friendly and helpfull. We arrived late but instructions for the room were clearly communicated prior to arrival. Location is very good close with lots of bars, restraunts and shops close by with a very good supermarket to the back of the apartments. Would recommend and return.
Second time to Paphinia sea view apartments. 2 bed apartment room 107 sea view. Wow it had a huge balcony which was fantastic. Perfect for morning coffee, sunbathing ( on the loungers provided) could happily spend the rest of my life here watching the world go by.
Travelled with my sister and we were really pleased again with Paphinia. Staff are so lovely, arrived from a late flight and to our own stupidity couldn’t open our door. (Lock turns in the opposite direction), on call maintenance arrived within a few minutes to give us access. Thank you.
Maria the housekeeper is just so so lovely, arrives with a pleasant smile. Maria kept our apartment spotless clean throughout our stay, fresh towels and bed linen changed every couple of days. Thanks Maria I hope you will be there when we return.
Ellena in the office sourced us a room for our final day as we had a late flight home, ( room fee applies obviously) thank you so much we really appreciate it. We only had to move up one flight of stairs rather than moving to another block.
These apartments are set in a fantastic location with stunning views, plenty of bars, restaurants and a stones throw away from the harbour, bus station and a large supermarket to the rear.
The apartment has everything you need, beds are comfortable, plenty storage and hangers, if you like cooking on holiday, full size fridge with a freezer, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
Some people may find access a bit daunting if you arrive late, but don’t worry use the map you’ve been provided and you’ll find your apartment no problem.
I will definitely return here as Cyprus is just lovely.
Great food, beautiful beach at coral bay, recommend wave dancer bbq 1/2 day cruise it’s brilliant.
We also done a boat trip to the blue lagoon onboard the sea star, which was really nice.

Just came back from paphinia seaview apartments, the apartments was large two twin rooms, very bright and airy, right on the sea front by the harbour and were all the shops and restaurants are. Very well equipped and evern had a washing machine and cooker. The staff cannot do enough for you, I will definitely come back. The steps were around 27 to get to the first floor but when you open the door to the apartments the views were amazing. I like to thank all the management team and the staff for a great week with my friends. All the best katerina, sue, Kim

Text: Before we departed Ireland we got an email from Elena with a map of the complex detailing our room number and location in the complex and key code number. which was great for our late check in. The location was right in front of the sea which was beautiful to look out at. The apartment was very close to bars restaurants and supermarket which was located right behind the apartments. The pedestrian street below was busy with people coming and going but quiet with no loud music pumping out of the bars. A nice laid back atmosphere around the area. Local buses can be got at the nearby harbour and run regularly and are very inexpensive My daughter and myself had a two room apartment with seaview. The rooms were clean and quiet spacious with lots of storage space. The living room was large with a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine cooker fridge freezer and even a tumble dryer. The apartment was definitely the best equipped apartment I've ever stayed in. Cleaning took place five times a week and Maria the cleaning lady was very friendly and appreciated by us The two week stay was in my opinion fantastic value for money for such a well equipped apartment in a prime location with a massive balcony equipped with a patio set of four chairs and table. Plus two big sunloungers. Our reason for visiting was for my Son's wedding which took place on Monday September 7th which was at a hotel location nearby but I am glad my daughter and me chose Paphinia Sea View Apartments for our stay. I give these apartments ten out of ten
