Best hotel we have ever been to in Cyprus. Been to Cyprus 15 times so far. Staff, decor, pool, food, drinks and entertainment all exceptional for an all inclusive. Rooms are brilliant.
A truly wonderful holiday, from the moment you arrive to the time you leave, not a bad word to say about it, cannot wait to book and come back again, truly a 5 star holiday, immaculate hotel and incredible food, no sun bed wars with the smart pre allocated sun-beds that you choose for the whole holiday, honestly the best holiday I’ve had, so relaxed, the staff are so friendly and get to know you and remember you! 10/10 for us! Just had a joint Indian head and back massage in the hotel with both Georgetta and Rouso Unbelievable experience and fully worth the money Both excellent and certainly would recommend a trip to the spa if staying at hotel Thanks to you both again David and sue
We had a wedding at the Olympic lagoon, we stayed here with family for two weeks and it was absolutely lovely the whole stay and the wedding was brilliant, all the staff were great the hotel was so clean, the food was lovely too, the evening activities was lacking for children that’s why I haven’t given it the full five stars, our waitress Efi was lovely and also zenious the wedding supervisor was a lovely man too, but all the staff were great friendly, can’t fault anything apart from the evening entertainment for the kids and we weren’t getting topped up with bottled water frequently in our room but apart from that spot on, I would recommend this but I would say to families with young children that’s the evening entertainment wasn’t great and it wasn’t the staff who provided it it was were it was held really
