Excellent hotel the rooms are clean and the food really great. We have been here 5times and we will come back again next year.
The hotel is brilliant. So far, we have had an enjoyable experience and are looking forward to the rest of the holiday. Everything is in easy access and the services are lovely. Staff are brilliant and everything about the hotel is great.
Having stayed at this hotel a few times and never had a bad experience until this holiday the hotel is actually fantastic most of the staff very friendly and helpful but the biggest person who let this place down on our last trip was the young lad on the entertainment team (didnt get his name but they was 2 lads I’m talking about the one who doesn’t wear glasses ) we found him to be extremely rude and when qusestioned about a choice he made on karaoke night his reply was not my problem have a nice holiday (not the right reply when it’s your job to interact with the guests) before anybody comments did we complain while we was there yes we did to reception and they Said they would leave a note for the manager but we never heard anything , this was a huge disappointment as we love this hotel , anyway hotel was really clean , food was a good variety could have been abit warmer but they do have a microwave to warm it up xx
We've been to this hotel a few times before, and our opinions hasn't changed, the staff are friendly, and the pool, rooms and bar service are excellent. A special thanks gos to George and his team at the restaurant as they've always been very welcoming and accommodating, and are clearly passionate about making sure veeryone is comfortable and has a good dining experience.
We will definitely be coming back.
The Mayfair hotel was very clean, excellent rooms, staff very friendly, especially George resturant manager and his team. My husvand is celiac and was so well looked after, George was so knowledgable about the menu and what my husband could have. The only downfall was no gluten free lager or local cider on tap as we were AL and had to pay for cider the spirits were not good in my husbands opinion.
