On the Southwest Coast of Cyprus is the city of Paphos, the birthplace of Aphrodite - the Goddess of Love and Beauty. Here on this piece of magic land, you will find Mayfair Gardens in the town of Paphos. The Mayfair Gardens provides an excellent standard of accommodation in a friendly and relaxed environment with a range of amenities. Situated in a quiet and beautiful tourist area of Paphos, approximately 10 minutes walk from Kato Paphos harbor, 900 meters from the nearest beach, with an array of taverns, restaurants, cafe's, bars and shops within the vicinity. The Kings Avenue Shopping Mall is only 5 minutes walk away.
All guests staying at Mayfair Gardens have access to the wide range of recreational facilities available at the Mayfair Hotel.
Firstly this is definitely not no 4 star hotel. Rooms are average at a push . Everything is a taxi ride away except the kings mall . Food is ridiculous I don’t understand how anybody can like it . We never got up for breakfast so I cannot comment on that but dinner and tea is shocking . Entertainment it’s literally none existent it’s literally bingo every night . Kids entertainment was a pre recorded screen . Kids club my little girl went a few times . The staf was told to not let her out yet every time she came out by her self . Be prepared you have to pay for everything bottle of water you have to pay for.slush puppies to have to pay for . I have never known any 4star you have to pay for any of these . Half of the kids entertainment you have to pay extra for . The pools was nice we spent most our days in them . The flying pig was nice food and not badly priced . I think for jet 2 to call this a family favourite it’s a joke . Been honest it’s a 3 star maximum . Would I return definitely not .

Stayed here for a week in July 2026 and it was a great stay! Surprisingly so much variety at every meal and was something for everyone! Absolutely couldn't fault the food variety.
The rooms are basic but this wasn't an issue for us as we simply used the rooms to sleep and shower, only annoyance was no plug sockets near the bed so maybe bring a long cable.
Evening entertainment was great with live performance (dancing, singing, animal shows and fire shows) and plenty of entertainment for the kids too. There was bingo each night as well at a cost.
Pools never felt too busy and you can use/bring floats and the splash park was also a great little addition! People did reserve sunbeds but there was never an issue of finding one or the 'mad dash race' you see at some hotels.
There's not too much entertainment outside of the hotel in walking distance so I'd be prepared to either arrange taxis or rent a car but there's plenty to do in Paphos. The mall is a 5 minute walk away too.
I'd say the hotel is definitely reasonably priced, especially compared to what's nearby in terms of cost. Food was great, we really enjoyed, the hotel and staff were lovely and we were all really happy!
Great family holiday, kids had a great time, food was really good, great range and lots of choice. Very friendly hotel staff. Entertainment was just right, enough for those that want to join in but easy to avoid if you don’t fancy it. Would definitely come back.
Had a really good time. All good. Great service, very clean - well run hotel
